Finally made it here! Last time I came, it was closed for renovation, so I was actually excited to try it this time ... and well, what a disappointment!
Food was fine, exactly what I expected. Service was horrible though, especially compared to their other branch. No one came to explain the menu, no specials, nothing. Just “here’s a QR code, figure it out yourself.” We didn’t even know what the dessert of the day was until it arrived.
We ordered the family set, which made us choose between salad or namul. No customization options, no staff around to help, so I wrote in the app "1 namul, and 3 salad", and of course the order came wrong. Complaining would’ve been nice if I could find a single staff member, but nope, we were in the corner, no staff anywhere (if you can’t handle serving the corner, then don’t put tables there, lmao).
Rice came so slow we had to beg for it, and ocha didn’t appear until the meal was basically over. At some point, I was wondering why I kept drinking miso soup lolll because my ocha was nowhere to be seen.
When it was dessert time, we asked them to clear our table so we could have space, and no one showed up (pretends to be shocked). Ended up leaving the table to ask someone directly, and still, no one came!
Not sure if the problem was that it was too crowded, or if the service is just that bad. But if you’re going to be this busy, add more staff or at least train them better. Honestly felt ignored from start to finish, might as well let me grab my own food from...
Read moreFirst time hitting this place as recommended by a friend. I went there around 11 and there are around 1 or 2 seats occupied at that time. When I walked in the female staff recommend me to sit next to the window and just after that a male staff came and ask me ke to move to the other side of the restaurant without explaining to me why I can’t sit to the first place shown.
Let’s talk about the service. It’s an ok service, nothing special.
Then as the star of the show arrived, I found a curly hair inside my salad just after the female staff who happened to help the kitchen staff put it on the table. I then asked her to give me the new one without taking the old one first.
What makes me decide to gave this place only 3 stars is because it’s only the staff who serve my food that say sorry to me. I don’t know if you found me expecting more or whatsoever but for me it’s gross and the kitchen staff who worked for the salad should come with the manager to apologize (that’s what I’ll do anw).

When I checked again, the waitress has changed, she was not the one who wrote down my name, and my name has been crossed on the list, she thought the person was already inside. So I told her what happened, but afterward she treat me really disrespectfully and rude, she shouted to me when telling me to go inside the restaurant and deliberately trying to make a scene.
