The “emergency” SOP for companion is ridiculous and I forcely think to this: it is not about safety, it is about target of sales.
I went there with my second child (5yo). Then instantly I felt the urge to go to the toilet so I called my husband unfortunately he need to meet his mom for sigining a document so my husband ask our first child (11yo) to remplace me as a companion. Important note: I can trust him to remplace me for 10-15mt.
Not yet arrive at the toilet, I was chased by the cashier, she said he isn’t allowed to remplace me, I beg for a temporary moment only but she said they will wait for 5minutes.
Arrived at toilet, I saw 3 ladies was quequing in front of me, no choice, I had to queque also.
Hurried back to the playground, I found my first child was already stood at the front door, he was not allowed to accompany his little sister.
The management said that it is the SOP for a child must be with a companion, I agree but then why my first child was not allowed to be a companion (only for 10-15mt)..it is better to have him as a companion than none.
One of the employee said he didn’t know that I went for toilet..what a bad communication between the team yet they had the courage to separate the big sibling from the younger sibling.
I do accept all risks that would have happened for 10-15mt if they are together because it is my decision so I take the responsibility.
But will they take responsibility if something has happened to my second child since the big sibling was separated from her?
The playground itself is ordinary,...

Too pricey 250K/2 hours, there is no 1 hour option, not too large, limited games and rides. They have schedule which we can't enter the playground out of that time scheduled. And the time scheduled is confusing. I came back here twice but still skipped the scheduled because of the sanitizing and break time. Playtopia is way...
Read moreI think it's a good place to bring kids or babies to play. Miniapolis has two separate place for kids and babies. And it also has carousel and train. If your children still babies I suggest just buy ticket for crick's Garden. The difference between crick's Garden and hideout is just there is upper path and more place to hide in hideout. But if you buy all day pass you get access to all the facilities all day. Sound cheaper to buy all day pass...
