We came to the place after (around 9.10 or less) and asked if we can still order. They said it's okay and we can order (haven't closed order). Then we confirmed we want to came with 5 people. However, they told us after we confirmed that we need to be on the waiting list (not telling us in the first place) and they told us the order closed at half past nine pm (I assumed would be at 09.30 because they said 'half past nine'). Then after we waited until there is an empty table, we came in and then we ordered the drink and 1 gyudon at around 9.20 (At this time they said all the sushi can be taken on the sushi train. No need to order). But after I asked the cooking staff (we sat next to the sushi kitchen), they said we need to order first. So, after that, we tried to order again (the sushi) around 9.25 and they said already closed order..... That's when we complained it's haven't half past ten yet and we haven't order the sushi. Another waiter came to handle our complain and asked for our orders. Because we were sitting next to the sushi kitchen, we asked what the intriguing dish they were serving and the waiter answered "those are other people's orders" in a disgruntled note. And when we were tallying up our order the waiter sighed repeatedly. It was such a bad experience albeit we came a little bit late (but not after the last order...
Read moreMy new favorite sushi place.
Their inside the new look of grand Indonesia's food court. Right in the corner where the have their own table and a square shape sushi bar. For me, the bar is the right place to eat there. If you seat on their table or the food court's table, you'll have to order the food one by one, and you won't get the best experience which is taking the food by looking at it. And there isn't much seatings available, means you'll might get a waiting line.
The sushi was great, the fish taste still fresh. Their fushion menu also a great combination. The amount of rice is just right, not too much. Makes you able to taste the fish and other combination in the best way. Dip it with the soy sauce mix with just a little wasabi, and voila!!! Close to perfection. This place really is the one remind me of eating sushi in Japan.
The price is makes it even better. One of the lowest price tag for sushi in my opinion. A great sushi experience for me. A...
Read moreWe went on a Monday night and we got there at 7:20 and there were a queue, so we wasn’t seated until 8:45. It was really busy and crowded. It is a conveyor belt sushi so my partner and I were excited about it and didn’t mind the wait so much. However, when we were seated, we sat on the side table when everyone else got to sat next to the conveyor belt. We were the only one sitting on the side table. We requested for a seat change to be next to the conveyor but they said no. The food wasn’t really good. They were very slow with us since we had to order and didn’t get to take from the belt so the service was slow. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. Not only that we only made two orders and then we tried to order more but they said last calls. You might think it was because they’re closing but no there were a few more groups after us, but they were able to eat. They also didn’t bring all of our order out and some of the stuff we couldn’t order because...
