The add selection is quite variable, but comparing those outlets in Australia such as Zhangliang, this outlet looks sad. Especially since they don't have water spinach, sliced lambs, meatballs, and their noodles option is so limited.
If you wanted to have a corriander, they don't put them in bain marie. They will put them after you pay for your bowl in the counter. For spicy level, it's hard to guess because they will ask you the spicy level when you pay it. They won't add them (including chili oil, black pepper, and garlic) in front of you when you pick your bowl later.
And don't be surprise when you they add dried peas in your bowl later, even if you didn't order them. The staff told me they added them whenever customers ordered Mala Tangs.
