Reviewing the admin on the WhatsApp. The church is really nice I go there since I was small. I think as a church, we need to be open to other people's lack of knowledge and guide them towards questions they might have about catholicism and such. If there are information that they are not aware about, we should inform them with kindness and politeness despite personal issues admin might have towards others lack knowledge about particular events or ceremonial or anything related to catholicism. Such a bad experience on the front row of communication dealing with people who are not accommodating. As someone who goes to this church a lot more than 25 years I feel sad having this experience. Probably need to check how to reply to people when they ask questions and be more open minded and welcoming with open arms and open heart towards other people who are actually curious to grow their faith....
