Visited on Saturday night at 10 PM, because the other places downstairs are full, but this place is deserted. Barely any people, the mood is practically dead. Talked to the server, they said they have minimum charge of 1 bottle per table. We said that we are not in the mood for drinks. Looking that we are ready to leave, they eventually get us a corner table. What a weird rule for an empty place. If you eventually let people sit without minimum charges, why mention it?
We ordered aglio olio pasta, a pizza, and mocktails. But aglio alio doesn't come out after 30 minutes, turns out they didn't input it in their PoS. We also ordered a small pizza because the server said the big pizza will be too much for 2 people, the small pizza ends up barely filling and was tasteless. We ended up eating again at a korean barbeque nearby. The mocktails were the worst, just a bunch of sugary syrup drinks. My friends asked for mint tea with no sugar, they presented us with 'mint' tea with clear sugar syrup at the bottom. They eventually changed it, but they presented us with tea and mint syrup (so the mint is from syrup, not crushed mint leaves so it's still sweet). So we figured by then all their drinks were just sugar and syrup. Very uncreative. Complete lack of product knowledge and creative initiatives to make the place better. We paid 300K for a small pizza and 3 drinks. Clearly overpriced. Ah the place also has a DJ performance from 10 PM onwards, playing underground music. But no one excited from the playlist.
Maybe the upper management is already far detached from the reality in the resto. Or if it's the standard SoP then they won't survive it in the next 5 years. Fairgrounds and nearby Lot 8 have a bunch of newer places without those arrogant rules. What a ripoff. They can regard me as one of the haters and answer with those reply templates, I don't mind. It's my experience and the service is just that bad. We ended up leaving the place after just around 30 minutes. During our visit we also saw other teams that also left the place like us because of the bad service. I've visited Lucy in Spark, and the vibe in their other place is also not too lively; but this one is just the worst in terms of vibe and service.
Such a shame really, while they used to be the hangout place in Jakarta a decade ago, they've become complacent. Maybe because the LCC format is successful, they forgot their roots here. A deserted place on Saturday night in the heart of SCBD is a clear sign they are not winning the attention game, and patrons are grabbed by their competition....
Read moreOverall, it was good, but please make the dance floor an actual dance floor, not a circulation area (especially in crowded conditions). Some people were trying to push their way to the front with no respect for others—probably because they had personal security or something. Even the staff struggled to properly deliver beverages due to the layout. Plus, some people just wouldn’t chill in certain spots.
I get that this is more of a fancy bar than a club, but still—it need to be more proper to each person during the party
I really liked the atmosphere. The staff was great, and the weeķly lineup...

The music wasn’t too loud to the point it came in the way of our conversation, and the lighting being very dim made for a very romantic ambience
The good thing about the food is they came in massive portions. So did the drinks. However don’t expect to be blown away by their food as the were very mid tasting especially for the bland pizza with...
