Read morehonestly for a hotel brunch buffet it’s way too average. location is so small and there weren’t any dishes that stands out. the taste of the dishes is okay (as you’d expect a nice tasting meal in a hotel brunch) but all and all for the price that i’m paying it’s pretty disappointing, both the service and the experience.
i’d recommend a few dishes tho: peking duck quesadilla iga balado sand coffee (this one is a must try as it’s very unique)
for ritz, i expected something more. there’s also a course menu where they pass over some dishes but i don’t know why they only serve the tables near the kitchen. out of all the pass over menu, i only got 1 oyster and that’s about it. they didn’t offer me or the tables near me any other menu such as the croquettes, soup, chicken and kimchi (this one i really look forward to but i was disappointed that i didn’t get any and i was too lazy to ask because there weren’t anything left in the tray). i often ate at buffet hotels (such as satoo, ritz kuningan, fairmont etc) that offers personalized service, that’s why for ritz scbd i expected the same. for that price i would really hope that they work on the service: offers coffee or drinks directly to the tables, make sure that all guests receive the pass over course, & expand the...

My friend and I made a reservation for Wednesday. It was also mentioned on their IG story that there was ladies treat day, which means you get mocktail and free flow mineral water. Nonetheless, when we arrived they said nothing about the ladies day and we had to ask for it by ourselves. They didn't even bother to serve the free flow mineral water as mentioned on the IG story and we kinda forget since we also ordered other drinks. But don't you ( the waitress and others) should be the one who offered the water?
I also texted the night before about ladies treat day but to my surprise they said, there was no such thing anymore, which I asked again, and they corrected,"oh yeah miscommunication on our team"
We were not really impressed by the service since it gave the semi private dining vibe and -supposedly- an excellent service and care. But, just had a "so so" experience today. Lack a bit of professionalism and some servers even look a bit confused. You guys better level up next time.
PS: the Mr. piano...
