Solaria — Restaurant in Jakarta

So when you first came in(if u go in group or couple) try to split,one goes to the cashier (just like fast food) to order,and other goes to find a couch (this way is effective when it's crowded, u will lead ahead) If u go alone,just go to cashier then take a seat. Anyway,my favorite foods at this solaria are: -kwetiau goreng (either beef,chicken,or seafood) they r just delicious....i like sweet and spicy,so definitely is a must to say when order it. -fuyung hai, I know it's not the best fuyung hai in Indonesia... But among all the Solaria.... I believe this is THE best. I hate to eat fuyung hai when it's too overwhelmed with wheat and u get so sick to eating alot of it....trust me u will not find it here... And what I like about this solaria is : all the vegetables are hot and cooked well (not all solaria do that,usually the vegetable side dish are cold and even raw.

Ow yeah,in all Solaria you better prepared at least 15 minutes to eat your meals,it could be more.... So yeah......

If there is a rating less than one star. I will give.

When I went to order food there when I wanted to pay to the cashier there was no smile or even eye contact and I was there as it wasn't.

Although the employee was right in front of me.

Even the employee who works in the parking in hot weather still smiles and says thank you.

I wanted to say if you have special problems. Throw it out of work. The customer wants good service from entry to exit.

I love Solaria and I always go there to eat wherever I am. But my only bad experience...

Hari kamis saya dan ortu ke Kuningan City Mall. Saya nonton, ortu jalan2 sendiri. Makanlah mereka di solaria. Kemudian hari itu ortu saya cerita, beli bihun rebus ayam sama kwetiaw rebus ayam. Tapi udah gaenak😊 Bau banger. Sampe mual. Sampe bapak saya manggil pelayannya suruh nyium makanan ortu saya, dan dia menyetujui kalo itu emang udah ga enak. Dibawa lah itu makanan ke kokinya. Dia nawarin buat makanannya dibikin ulang, tapi ortu saya udah ga selera makan. Baunya udah terbayang2 sampe itu piring makanan yang ga dilanjut disingkirin dari meja, masih kecium. Akhirnya pelayan ditolak. Terus bapak saya pas ngerasain minumannya itu kemanisan, padahal itu gula udah dikurangin ke teh tawar punya nyokap. Akhirnya minta tolong ke pelayannya buat nambah air panas biar ga kemanisan, ga bisa🙂 katanya "gabisa refill". Lol. Air putih doang gabisa. Ocha aja bisa refill. Ini air putih gabisa🙂 Bukan minta refill es campur loh😊 Bukan minta "1 porsi teh panas" lagi loh. Gitu nawarin mau dibuat ulang makanannya. Ortu saya udah ga minta ganti makanan, ga minta uang balik loh. Ini nambah air putih panas ga sampe 300ml aja gabisa🙂 Kecewa bgt. Pengalaman makan di solaria terngeselin dan ga profesional. Saya up di ig, saya dm ke ig solaria, saya komen di postingan dan story solaria tidak ada jawaban. Apa memang sudah biasa lari dari...
