The Royal Kitchen Signature — Restaurant in Jakarta

Went here with my mom on a sunday, the place looks nice and fancy. The music was a bit too loud and I was a bit taken aback with the jago coffee at the server's table (im not sure) because I thought they sold that as well 😭. Anyway, the food was great 👍🏻 but the service was interesting... My mom asked one of the waitress for yogurt recommendations but she left mid sentences. She called for the waitress (we got confused as to why she left during us speaking to her) then she asked for us to wait for a moment and left hurriedly. Turns out she never came back to our table 😬, but its okay because one of the waiter ended up responding and helping us. One of the waitress gave us the wrong order and ended up being corrected by a waiter, I'm starting to believe that the female server may not have enough menu knowledge unlike the male server but I mean.. she can just refer to another server if she can't answer our question? Overall I had a great food and an ok experience, I got upset over the waitress attitude towards my mom and them chatting that got me a bit conscious because they keep glancing at our table 😐. Sorry, forgot to mention that I found hair as well in my plain naan, but I didn't confront about it because it might be my hair even though the hair was straight and both me and my mom have wavy hair ... So im not sure- but its okay because it doesn't bother me that much lol.

I want to apologize as well because I got upset over the service that 2 servers ended up going to our table asking if we enjoy...
