Pison Thamrin — Restaurant in Jakarta

I was there today. It was good cafe with hectic and busy even in the morning. Typical cafe for business talk or breakfast or lunch meeting. It was good vibes. Big and just simple but classy cafe or resto. Alot of cars and people already parks there, like I was "wow". But it was a good place anf easy accsess so good point for that. I had Iced Latte, it was bitter and sweet like I like and lil bit creamy but still mantaappp. And my friend had Iced Chocolate and he liked it. The staff also friendly and well communicating although, there is a one staff that maybe because too busy and he confirm my friend order as hot chocolate (we both said iced, clearly), but then they make it as Iced. So thank you for your attitude and service and good drinks! It was nice experience. Oh ya, the price kinda expensive compared to artisan coffee shop but cheaper compared to starbu* because they have alot of options and those looks amazing for eyes and tummy! It is not far from Tosari station Transjakarta. Take a short walk into left area keep straight to Grand Indoesia and in your left there will be a building with name Tanoto Foundation, the cafe will be right beside that foundation with cars park in front. 😋 please keep maintain and develop so many good things in the future!...

Pison Café offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, with soft lighting that's easy on the eyes. The air conditioning is well-balanced—not freezing, though it could be slightly cooler. Background music is at a pleasant volume, leaning towards a speakeasy vibe, making it easy to relax or have a conversation.

The coffee is exceptional, featuring a dark, full-bodied Italian roast. Presentation is a highlight—you can see the effort put into making the coffee experience special. The food is high-quality, generously portioned, and offers great value for money. Every dish we tried was tasty and enjoyable.

However, the area at the rear of the café needs attention. It's somewhat neglected, and this spills over into the restroom experience. The restrooms themselves could use a thorough cleaning and some TLC to restore their appeal. A small investment in upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.

Overall, it's a solid 4/5 café with the potential to be even better. A simple addition, like a QR code for Wi-Fi access, would also be a great touch for digital nomads and casual visitors alike.

Would I return? Absolutely—but I hope the owners address the minor maintenance issues to make it a truly...

Pison is a cafe that has 2 outlets each in Jakarta dan Bali. I could say that Pison in Thamrin is a perfect place to "escape" from the hustle bustle of Thamrin. If you want to hangout in a comfortable place, in a longer time and not busy at all, then Pison could be a good choice! They are located exactly besides Grand Indonesia East Mall and Menara BCA.

They provide Asian and Western foods, from all day breakfast, main dishes, pasta, side dishes, pastries, desserts. Coffee, juices, beers, and another beverages are also available here.

Salmon Fried Rice (IDR 85,000) This is not just a common salmon fried rice because they use pesto sauce to make the fried rice, so that the rice has green color. It is served with chopped salmon, edamame, fried shallots, fried salmon skin. Actually, this one tastes good, but there are some parts that taste too salty.

Long Black (IDR 40,000) The iced black coffee with sugar that is served separately. I didn't ask what beans that they used, but this one tastes so good! The coffee is flavouful, not bitter and sour....
