While I’ve given this a 3-star rating on Google Maps, had half-stars been an option, I’d have leaned towards 2.5. I shelled out a significant IDR 1,240,250 for a three-course meal accompanied by two alcoholic drinks. At this establishment, the warmth of the staff stood in sharp contrast to the mediocre dishes and a concerning response to an unexpected incident, painting an evening both endearing and jarring, especially with the discovery of a shard on my belongings.
FOOD While this place holds its own with 4 stars amongst scenic dining spots, it pales when compared to others in its price range.
Prawns (IDR 290,000): These were cooked to perfection, full of fresh zest. However, the sauce accompanying them lacked any real impact.
Chicken (IDR 220,000): When I expressed hesitation over the spiciness of the dish, the attentive staff provided a non-spicy version and served the spicy sauce separately. This thoughtful gesture was appreciated, especially since the spicy sauce turned out to be delightful. However, while partly tender and partly tough, the dish’s counterpart sauce missed the mark. The rich oiliness was somewhat overwhelming for such a generous portion, making me question continuing, mainly due to the steep price.
Crème brûlée (IDR 90,000): While it looked impeccable, the thick sugar topping and an unexpected strong coffee flavor made it feel a bit excessive.
SERVICE The staff were all smiles and very accommodating, even letting me switch seats and encouraging guests to enjoy their drinks at the bar. But the evening took a turn when a glass was broken near my table. I wasn't too bothered about the accident itself.
However, their rushed cleanup in the dimly lit area, using only brooms and overlooking hidden spots, was concerning. The oversight was evident when I spotted shards beneath tables and, shockingly, one on my bag. Their method of handling the glass pieces with bare hands and offering a rather basic apology, along with a vague assurance of a thorough cleanup later, left me feeling uneasy. For a place with such hefty prices, I expected a more thoughtful approach to...

For reference: Strict about food, didn't try other rooftop restaurants.
AREA You have two sections. The lounge and the dining area. We drank some cocktails in the lounge and had dinner after. We didn't try the food in the lounge. We made a reservation on the day itself.
The lounge is a perfect area to have some cocktails, they are quite good. Every place in the lounge has an AMAZING view.
The best tables in the dining area are the tables directly against the windows and they are for 2-3 people. If you go with a big group, you might get a table with a less good view.
SERVICE The staff was very friendly, but they weren't as attentive as I expected them to be. A smile is 80%, and they had that, but I want them to at least look in the direction of my table every 10 or so minutes. It took ages to get the bill.
FOOD I recommend taking an appetizer, but don't order the burger, it was dry and too small. The rest was tasty and also interesting.
The side dishes surprised me in a good way, very tasty. I recommend you to try them. Only the mashed potatoes were too simple for me.
The 'normal' main courses are affordable, but I don't recommend them. We ordered the duck and the salmon. The salmon was tasteless. Really bad. The sauce from the duck was very well made, but the duck itself wasn't really tasty. It looks like the 'normal' main dishes are there for the show, so that it looks accessible for people with less money to spend.
The focus of the restaurant is their meat. They make a small show when they bring it to your table. The meat was flavorful and tender. I recommend it. The only thing that bothers me is the price. It is incredibly expensive (3.5 million idr for 700g tomahawk). Very bad value for money, come here if money isn't...

Terrible experience—expensive dinner with the worst service ever.
The location is nice, and the food is acceptable (if you manage to get your order), but the entire evening was wasted waiting for food and reviewing the bill.
We had a dinner with friends on a Thursday night, booked well in advance. After waiting more than an hour, the waiter informed us that half of the dishes we ordered were not available. Without any apology, we were asked to choose something else—not easy, considering half of the menu was sold out.
Even after choosing different dishes, the same thing happened: the waiter kept returning to tell us that various items were unavailable.
Two hours after placing our initial order, we were told that the kitchen staff was about to leave and that they couldn't cook some of our dishes. This was unacceptable, especially since the restaurant was half-empty. When we spoke to the manager, his only solution was to offer us burgers from the lounge bar—extremely unprofessional, given the supposed standard of the restaurant.
When the bill finally came, it was completely incorrect, and we had to review it line by line. Despite multiple complaints to the staff and manager, they didn’t even apologize and only offered a pointless 10% discount after we had wasted more than 3.5 hours.
Simply put, don't go to that restaurant. The rooftop is nice, but it's only worth visiting for 10 minutes to...
