Firstly they had no idea about booking which we had confirmed 2hrs prior to us getting there. Upon arrival they ran helter skelter trying to get us a table which they got us all be it in the non veg section. We had booked in the veg section.
Our starters arrived in good time however the drinks we had ordered had still not arrived. I had to remind the waitress 3 times before she brought our drinks, which were 3 ready made sodas and 3 bottles of water to share. They just had to open the fridge, remove the cans and bottles and serve. Anyways drinks finally came but the glasses for the water. After asking the waitress 2 times and waiting for 10mins I got up, went to the counter asked another staff member to give me 12 glasses and I served everybody. The rest of food arrived minus the dosas. Dosas took forever to come of which one still didn't come and we asked for it to be cancelled. It took them over 1hr to also bring fresh coconut that we had ordered. Finally we were done eating and asked for the bill. Which again took time to come and when it finally arrived we were over charged by 500000 rupiah. On pointing out the over charge the manager blamed the system. Due to the poor service and the deliberate overcharging I asked for discount, which was not forthcoming. After a long complaint the manager reluctantly gave us a 10% disc. Will I visit the restaurant again? ...
