I was lucky to get upgraded to a premier room with a big balcony and views, the superior room was grim. Small and a small window to nothing. Dread to think what the standard rooms are like. Even my premier room neighbours have a small room/balcony facing the wall. The staff were nice and friendly at first, but once you complain that goes. Breakfast is aimed at people from this region - not keen on something vagely resembling chicken with rice for breakfast. Tried to leave with 2 muffins as didn’t want to waste them, but was apprehended at the doorway. Very disrespectful! Told you cannot remove anything from breakfast. 4 star place? Didn't go again, that's for sure! Pay a stupid amount for a lousy breakfast and you get treated like this. All I had was an omelette and fruit. The pool area feels claustrophobic. Terrible food at the restaurant and had a bad experience with the coffee (dish-water). Though she insisted it was top-grade coffee, rather than apologising and taking responsibility for the awful coffee. WiFi keeps giving the Your connection is not secure message, now been locked out of my bank. But was told You're the only one complaining. Just got to Circle K and can access everything. Think the experiences at this hotel speak for themselves. If you're a 4 star act like a 4 star. And don't be fake about it so people relax and don't say anything. Think this...
Read moreWe spent 2 weeks here for my wife's Birthday and what a 2 weeks it was! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were just FANTASTIC and could NOT do enough to help. The available food was wonderful (Breakfast omelettes were AMAZING) although, we also ate out and had street food to help support the local people (Always important as you're helping to pay their bills etc.....it is their country after all 🙏) The staff were so humble and I had to explain to them many times that, at home, we are just the same. Took us years to save for this and I'm so GLAD we did. Some guests expected to be treated like royalty (which angered me a little) not us though! We eventually got the staff to chill out a bit and, in our 2nd week, as opposed to Sir & Mam, we became "Mr Jason and Miss Angela" 💙 Wonderful👌 I just LOVED visiting this hotel, One of THE BEST holidays I have ever had. Although, both of us being over 6ft tall and having tattoos meant LOTS of Selfies with Chinese tourists, which, was cool in a way! 🙏 We met a Taxi Driver called 'Manku' and we paid him, handsomely l, to taxi us around various places and temples for a day, treated him to lunchbtoo at his restaurant of choice. Just wonderful! I'd HAPPILY return here again. The Management and Staff are on point! We gave nothing but GREAT feedback to the management for themselves and their team. 10/10 literally for...
Read moreI really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I have got free upgrade to deluxe room and it was spacious. The room is clean, has the basics you need, the bed is comfortable to sleep. The hotel is well maintained and clean, has beautiful garden with fountains. The service is good and hotel's restaurant meals I tried were tasty and a variety of fresh juices, both at very reasonable price comparing to nearby 5* hotels prices (though tried meals and drinks in happy hours at other hotels restaurants as well for a change). It is located among other mostly 5stars hotels at Nusa Dua beach, at the back of Sofitel, about 250m walk to the beach. Hotel has its free sun lounges, towels at the beach and the latter is cleaned (from sea ** n garbage) 2 times a day. Except hotel territory, you may walk along the sea promenade along other hotels located at Nusa Dua beach or at the beack of hotels in park zone near the main road of Nusa Dua hotels which are safe, well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast is good enough: has sufficient variety of local and international cuisines and tasty. This hotel is very good value for the money, if you look to relax at 5* hotels beach/area, yet not paying high room charge. Would stay...
