B9B is one of the restaurants of Seminyak beach stretch. It's very different in the morning, when it's quieter and populated mostly by beach walkers. At night, it turns into dining and entertainment.
The whole area is more established now compared to a few years ago. It has proper a pavement path, and every corner is filled with bean bag seating. I remember it used to be a distance between restaurant.
I enjoy sitting and having my dinner, accompanied by my dog, with the wind in my hair and the sand at my feet okay, I stole that from Savage Garden, a outdated reference, I know. I believe this is the first time I patronize this particular outlet. I had tried the Camplung, the d'joglo, K resto, La Planca for dinner, and a couple more I couldn't name for breakfast. The thing about outlet in the middle is the music.
The live music is generally good with local talented singers. However, it can get too loud and there is a serious case of overlapping between outlets. They all lump together and becomes a noise. There should be a better arrangement between restaurants, maybe different timing and alternating hours between neighboring restaurants?
During rainy days, the bean bags are wet, but that is not the fault of the place. I still prefer to sit outside because it's relatively less noisy and the wind is great.
The food is okay, although the mango juice tastes like a combination of fresh fruit and syrup. I had asked and was told it's all fresh, but it certainly didn't taste that way?
There are parkings on the street side, costing 10000 rupiah. Don't forget to ask...
Read moreWe had a great experience at this beachfront bar & restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—the Thai spring rolls were phenomenal, easily the best we’ve ever had. We loved them so much that we immediately ordered more! The young mango salad was also a standout dish, full of fresh flavors.
The satay chicken sticks were incredible, packed with flavor and perfectly grilled. The passionfruit cocktail was another highlight—refreshing and well-balanced. The mojito, however, wasn’t to my taste; it was very strong, and the pulp wasn’t my favorite, though that could just be personal preference.
The atmosphere was amazing, with live music and even fireworks, creating a perfect beachside vibe. The bean bag seating was very comfortable for lounging but a little awkward when trying to eat at the table since they sit quite low. Service was excellent, as is usually the case in Bali—friendly and attentive.
A couple of minor downsides: the frequent street hawkers selling bracelets became a bit annoying, and the beach in Seminyak is unfortunately quite dirty, with a lot of plastic and rubbish. However, these are external factors and don’t take away from the great experience we had at this venue.
Overall, this place is definitely worth visiting for the fantastic food, great drinks, and vibrant...
Read moreWe chose B9B to celebrate the 2025 Beach Party, drawn by the lively atmosphere and great location. While the evening started off well, a few aspects could have been handled better.
Our table was near the DJ’s platform, with a large open space in front, which we assumed was designated as a dance floor. However, as midnight approached, staff began moving our chairs to the back to create more space. This was a bit disappointing, especially since the area was filled with beachgoers who didn’t seem to be customers. It made us wonder about the purpose of the fenced area.
On a separate note, we ordered chicken wings, but they were undercooked and lacked freshness, which was a letdown considering the excitement of the evening.
Nevertheless, opening 2025 in Bali was an absolute blast. The vibrant energy of the crowd and the beautiful setting made the night memorable despite the challenges. We hope the management considers prioritizing paying customers and maintaining food quality in the future. B9B has great potential, and we’d love to return for a more...
