Apache Pizza Sligo — Restaurant in County Sligo

A regular customer of Apache Pizza for years. This evening I ordered the Spice Box, as usual and my Husband ordered the Munchy Box.When I opened the box after it was delivered, there was part of a dirty, beige coloured plaster sitting right on top of the food.

I imediately called and spoke to the Supervisor who said she would call back after checking the cameras. She called back after a few minutes and told me there was nothing on the cameras. When I asked how the plaster was on the food, she said "I don't know, we have rules too, the staff aren't allowed wear plasters in the kitchen"... Isn't it proper food hygiene amd HACCP requirements to wear a blue coloured plaster and gloves if you have a cut? She offered to send me another as long as they got the other one back! I told her I didn't want a replacement as it turned me off the food, I would like a refund and they could have the food back. She refused. Horrific customer service. I called Just Eat, they were very apologetic and they refunded me along with credit on my account as a gesture of good will. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is disgusting and I will be reporting it...

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. My girlfriend and I ordered 3 milkshakes and some churros. An hour and a half goes by and still no food and no phone call, I looked on the website and it said the order had already been completed and delivered so I called them and the lady said that they had called us multiple times but we never got a call, she calls out the number that they called and it wasn't even our number. She then says that "the delivery driver isn't going to bring you your food until you pay the delivery fee AGAIN which was 3 euro. I was completely outraged at the fact that they got OUR number wrong and now we have to pay for it. She says they will make our order again and delivery it so 20 more minutes go by and we get a call that the driver is outside. My glirfried goes to get the food and he demands a fiver instead of the 3 euro that the lady on the phone said. On top of all of that they didn't even remake the milkshakes they were watery and you can tell they were made and left out for ages. Will never order...

Ordered food tonight said on just eat would be delivered in 45 mins but came with 25 mins to spare so was pleasantly surprised. Ferro rocher milkshake seems to be made with ferro flavoured sauce rather thank ferros themselves which for €4.50 doesn’t seem worth it but flavour itself was good also an up charge of €.50 cent for cream ontop so quiet expensive. Ordered meal for one which was a personal pizza and topped fries. The pizza itself was about the size of your hand enough for me taste was nice and topping were fresh but it could’ve been a bit hotter. The “loaded zingy taco fries” was just plain chips drenched in definitely not taco sauce more of an Indian spiced mayo and no mince. Once again taste was ok but not really as advertised. Altogether the meal was fulfilling, nothing extraordinary for a personal pizza “loaded fries” and a sprite and milkshake was €23 on just eat with delivery so in today’s economy I suppose it’s...
