The Panda Chinese Restaurant & takeaway — Restaurant in County Sligo

We asked if there was a table for five people and they said yes. We sat and immediately the male waiter came and asked in a rude way if else knew what we wanted to order. The man said that they were really busy. We asked for a few minutes. One of the waitress came to take the order (she was nice and respectful). When we just finished our plates, the male waiter stated that we have to leave because there were people waiting and they booked the table. We said that it was fine and we were collecting our things when the man came again talking to us in a disrespectful manner and he was forcing us to go out of the restaurant. We said that there was no need to treat us that way and we asked for a complaint form. He ignored us. We asked the girl for the complaint form and she did not want to give it to us because it will be a problem for the restaurant. The girl then said that they not have a complaint form. At the time of writing I'm still behind the table. So where I start. Staff was friendly, and nice. They mixed up our order but we sorted. Starters was rolls and ribs. Rolls was for the 8 out of 10. Was lack of sweet chilli sauce. Ribs where cooked rightly, but there wasn't any aroma or taste(That I'm looking from Chinese cuisine.). Mains. Was chicken and egg fried rice and shredded beef with chips in honey souce( Note it is not what you think.) Chicken taste bland. Rice dry. Beef frozen dry and hard as rock. Chips and sauce I can tell you is good. Chips where soft inside crispy outside. Pinch of salt and perfect. So counting all I can give only 2 stars. I was craving chinese, so i went to panda restaurant for a takeaway. The reception was lukewarm, i didn't really like the hospitality. I ordered the value meal for one. Prices have increased due to the war in Ukraine. The value meal had a starter, a main course, a portion of rice/ chips ,a can of soft drink and prawn crackers. I didn't get the prawn crackers. The main course and starters were OK, nothing exceptional. The portion is good though, that's why i gave 2 stars. Overall, I'd not like to takeaway from this place again.
