Great location, lovely decor and ambiance. They’ve really made great use of the limited space they have. I had a Bolognese and didn’t like it that much: I thought it was very watery and it was too salty for me, and it has kind of a sour taste to it that I didn’t really care for it, but it was prepared and presented beautifully. Everybody around me seemed very happy with their food, so I think it was just a matter of personal taste. Best panini in Dun Laoghaire, they are so tasty that you will come back every lunch after trying once. The service is fantastic as Valentina is very kind and funny. She knows how to make a customer happy and willing to come back again and again to taste every time a different piece of Italy. We had dinner once on a Friday night as well and the food was amazing and at a reasonable price. The cakes and tiramisu are more than superb. A great meal, it feels like you are eating in someone's home with the care, attention and quality. The service is lovely, the coffee really took me back to being in Italy. But the meat lasagne and ricotta and spinach cannelloni were to die for, this is someone who doesn't eat much meat! Delicate but strong pasta, rich tomato sauce and not too much meat to overpower the dish. Desserts of panna cotta and tiramisu makes you comforted too.
