Pizza Max Dunlaoghaire — Restaurant in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown

I phoned up a while back to order some food for delivery

Food came and I checked it and it was wrong and the drink was also wrong

I called the shop while the driver was still there

I told him what I’d ordered and specifically said I’d ordered Diet Coke not normal coke

The guy on the phone wasn’t Irish, perhaps Indian or somewhere like that as the accent was recognisable

He kept saying to me “your wrong and you ordered regular coke”

I kept saying to him I ordered Diet Coke and I don’t drink normal coke

He was extremely aggressive to me and clearly didn’t like being told he’s wrong

You never argue with a customer who is right

I asked for the manager and it seemed like the same guys came back on as I recognised his voice only he was speaking a little differently

He told me he would speak to the guy

I’ve had two or three experiences like this in this shop

Absolutely horrific customer service skills and a disgusting way to treat a customer who is right

My friend ordered from here last week and ended up throwing up a lot of times the next morning due to bad chicken and food quality

I would not recommend ordering from here due to their customer skills and lack of food quality

The guy behind the counter said he would look into it and never phoned me back or bothered to...

Wonderful food excellent quality and service super - since long waiting for some good pizza option in Dunlaoghaire and pizza max now available and open its doors for customers walk in and for online - since 20 years they have vest deli in Dunlaoghaire always fresh good service and quality now they open Pizza best wishes for the team. We are hoping they will serve the area with same quality and service - they always help homeless their ideas to feed homeless is wonderful any one wants to shere speak with manager - once we tried we can't belive the best quality pizza their quality is 50 times better than 4 star and the domino You must try once atleast. Spicy box wow amazing I would recommend if you try their spicy box and special juice. Quality of chips and prices wonderful and always ask for extra stuff they happy to give...

While on holiday in Dublin, my teenager sons and I spent some time in Dunlaoghaire. We discovered this great Pizza Max where we had really good pizzas and kebab.

For a good price the food was always fresh and tasty, with generous toppings on the pizzas and perfectly seasoned and tender kebabs.

The staff were also super friendly and welcoming.

I warmly recommend this place, it delivers what it promises ...

We'll definitely come back 🤤 !
