Multi Pizza — Restaurant in Dublin

Myself and my partner ordered here yesterday for delivery. The delivery time was swift which was great but the two kebabs we ordered were immensely dry .

We ordered a chicken swarma and a lamb doner kebab. Both had no sauce what so ever and the meat and bread were dry. So we had made a complaint with just eat and they said they would convey our complain to them

I then received a call from one of the staff there shouting at me saying the I am the first person to ever complain and the chef told him that the food is really fresh. I said that's fine but we both feel the food is really dry (we compared to the likes of kebabish who make excellent kebabs) and their response was that "you have good soft drinks , good chips good food etc " and every time I tried to explain the main course was dry they kept cutting across me , so I told them to stop cutting across and stop interrupting what I was explaining and they shouted that we are never to order from them again .

Just eat also contacted us for a refund but nervously also said the restaurant asked we never order again. To which we laughed . We are ok with that prospect

If anyone is wondering if we have too high standards and are just giving this place a bad time for no reason ...no... even go to a chipper for a kebab and it'll have more sauce and flavor...

Pizza menu review. These people might be good at Indian cuisine or other Asian dishes, but Italian and most importantly PIZZA is something to AVOID! I have been in Italy, I have been in other countries than Italy and Ireland and eaten calzone pizza. There is something spectacular about the type of this pizza and how it is made and the taste. But this FAKE PIZZA HOUSE called Multi Pizza delivered a piece of uncooked dough, Americano styled thick base, topping on the outside. Tottaly disgusting. I mean they said I can keep it and they will refund it, but I spat it out and threw it out. Seriously, why are you selling calzone pizzas if you cannot even replicate the visuals of it, leave alone the tase.

Won't say other reviews are fake, because they are about curriesand etc.. these dishes might be good, I don't know. But avoid any pizza from these guys. I mean ok, you made it your "own" calzone. Okay, okay.. but why the base is half unbaked dough? Like eating flour mixed with...

First time here and won’t be the last. As ops manager for a hotel in the city I work late nights so finding good food early hours isn’t easy to come by but this place hits top marks.

I got the chicken tikka in Naan and it really is fresh. The meat itself was beautifully cooked and you could taste the charcoal and the salad was fresh especially the cucumber slices. The only fault was I ordered garlic and salad separately and added chilli sauce on the kebab but it was more like the meat was marinated in the chilli making it more of a marinade making it very spicy. No fault of the takeaways on my incompetence, I just advise ordering with garlic sauce and the chilli sauce separately with the salad. It would be a lot nicer this way and the way I’ll order moving forward.
