What a great place! Along with a huge group of our camino friends, we had a fantastic night. Great food (their Cottage Pie is delicious), great drink, friendly staff (many thanks again Wendy and Ruth!), and wonderful music, all in a lovely old pub absolutely oozing with atmosphere - two Spanish visitors who were with us even got to try pulling their own pints! They will remember this night for years to come! Well done and many thanks to the owners and staff of Oil Can Harry's

Great spot for a few pints and a bite to eat before heading to an Ireland match in landsdowne. We have been heading to here for years now. The outdoor area out the back when it’s open is nice too. We usually get either a burger and chips or chicken tenders.I have also had the stew which was lovely. Staff are always great in here and great location too, only a short walk to the aviva stadium too.

Great meal at this pub! We are staying at the rooms upstairs and wanted to grab something to eat close by. We had the stew, the spicy wings and the BBQ pork & fries. All delicious! Very cool atmosphere, not crowded, but lively with groups and music. Very nice staff and extremely helpful! Highly recommend.

Stopped in here on our way from the Aviva yesterday evening for food. Bar staff were pre-occupied with their own conversations to notice customers waiting to be served. The attitude of the individual waiting tables was off putting & gruff....we were asked to "stay there for a minute" as we tried to leave so the staff member could fetch people to fill the table! The food was ok but portions were miserable for the price charged, chicken curry with half rice and half chips had about 6 tiny pieces of chicken, a spoon full of rice and about 10 chips! We were also charged before we got the food and the request for payment barked at us by aforementioned waiting staff. Almost €30 for chicken curry and Southern fried chicken burger with a few chips was absolute robbery! It's unfortunate because it's a nice pub but we won't be back and certainly won't recommend it to others. Interesting too how people's negative reviews are not responded to but the...

I was in your premises on Friday the 16th and was horrified by my experience. After having 2 drinks I made a decision to leave as a direct result of the the behaviour and reaction from the staff. After question a female member of staff about the quality of a drink she was rude and obnoxious. After walking away from our table she then returned and made personal remarks to my physical appearance and how I was so large that people couldn't get past me. After spending 30 years as a bartender I was horrified to be insulted and degraded by this lady. So after her nasty outburst myself and the company choose to leave the premises and spend our money elsewhere. I will never pass the door of this premises again and am horrified to have been...

Cannot speak highly enough of O'Connors/The Draper Rooms. Due to a mixup with a well known booking site, I was able to book a room in the Draper Rooms even though they were actually not taking bookings. I turned up after the pub has closed and, after clarifying the confusion around the fact I was able to book a room, the manager went out of his way to get me a room despite the fact the accommodation was officially closed, as he could see I was at a loose end.

Extremely welcoming, very helpful stay, and very clean rooms.

The pub was also lovely and I look forward to getting back to...
