Pablo Picante Californian Burrito Bar — Restaurant in Dublin

I've been getting burritos here for over 7 years now I think. I've tried lots of other burrito bars but for me none of them come close to Pablo's. I always get the Beefy Barbacoa (super spicy - I love spice, white rice, no extras) which is excellent and I think it's €7.95 now. Student deal is a burrito and drink for €7.50.

This particular branch of Pablo's is really small, can get pretty crowded when waiting for your order. It can be confusing when you walk in as to whether people are waiting for their order or queuing to place an order so it's best to ask other customers if they've ordered it not so you get into the right queue.

There are a few stools and a bench counter but I'd never sit down to eat - it just gets too crowded at lunch during the week. Maybe its quieter at the weekends but I haven't been.

If you like a good burrito definitely...

There's 2 vegetarian options on the menu. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I was given some sort of meat wrap which I only realised when I got it home and bit into it. I called the place and spoke to a girl who was extremely apologetic. I understand mistakes happen and she will give me a refund next time I'm in. I'm happy with how the mistake was handled, but sad obviously that I can't eat my wrap as it all looks like it would be delicious...

My first time trying out Pablo Picante. The girl who took orders and payment refused to look up when I approached to order (the place was not busy) 29/9/2023. Very rude and then expected a tip when I went to pay. As I ate I noticed she did the same with most customers.The burrito took a few minutes to prepare which was fine but had both hot and cold food inside. I won't be back.
