Absolutely disgusting behaviour from your staff last Sunday in your pub. Paying customers were watching the Kerry v Donegal match on the TV when a member of staff informed a group of us that the band needed to set up and we had to move. There was 12 minutes of the game left and they insisted they needed the space. The way in which the member of staff spoke to us was very wrong.
One gentleman expressed his annoyance and the staff member, he then grabbed his pint from his hand and spilt it over my friend and a guy at the bar & shouted “don’t serve him anymore drink”. The gentleman was not drunk just really annoyed at his behaviour. The bar man got even more annoyed because we were collectively expressing our annoyance and he proceeded to turn off the TV. What an absolute dose!
There are ways of dealing with people but today you were out of line to paying customers in a so called GAA pub, absolute disgrace! We finished out drinks and left, wouldn’t spend another cent with you if that’s the way you treat customers.
Going to a game? Choose another pub, they don’t value...

My husband brought back his first pint of Guinness . as it was rank .. we think it sitting there for a long time. Customers were treated with such...
