Don't order from here!!!

I ordered through justeat around 8.30pm today. Order didn't arrive and nobody called me even though I added my mobile number to the order. Just-eat sent me an email to say you tried to contact me. How did you try? Morse code?

Your telephone number doesn't even work!!! So how do I contact you to rearrange delivery?!?!

I see I'm not the only one with these issues as well. I hope you gave my pizza and chips to a homeless person and I look forward to getting my refund too.

EDIT: Nobody contacted me, I had my phone in my hand at the time because I was texting somebody. And if somebody calls me unsuccessfully, I receive a text from Virgin Media to say so. But no text, no missed call, no voicemail. Nada. And your telephone number doesn't work either. I tried calling 4 times yesterday but got an "unavailable" answering machine. Also, I do have a reason to be angry because I didn't get my food last night and nobody...

Amazing pizza but even better customer service! Armin went above and beyond to deliver my pizza when no more riders were running at night so I wouldn't be left hungry. I can't start to explain how much I appreciated how he tried to help: when they came to deliver my pizza and couldn't reach me, he offered to make my pizza again and get it delivered. When there weren't any more riders, he made an effort to try and reimburse my money and when that wasn't possible, he came himself in a taxi to deliver. Grateful doesn't cut it. Thank you!! Ordered on a busy Saturday night and the food still came in a good time. I don’t live near this Pizza Max, and I do have a Pizza Max closer to me, but I can honestly say that this branch is by far the best in North Dublin.

I ate in once on my break as work close by, and the owner was in at that time, and he had all the staff cleaning, wiping down, mopping. This owner definitely takes pride in his business and it reflects through his staff and the food.
