Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Dublin

Just went to this star bucks. Rude staff.

I ordered then waited at collection, gentlemen Infront of me collected his drink and walked off, I then waited and the following drink was not the one I ordered, seconds later the gentleman returned and stated he picked up the wrong drink and took the one on the station.

I explained to the staff member someone took my drink and then come back with it and I would prefer a new one to be made (I do not know if the gentlemen drank some of my drink, but how else would he knot it wasn't what he ordered??) The women looked at me and stated that she stated out loud what drink it was and then huffed, after making me another one I left to to condiments, I then overheard her bad mouthing me to her colleague.

Absolutely shocking.

I always come to this place but today I had a bad experience with the barista tugay I’m not sure if is right but he looks from turkey he was talking to his friend and made so many people waiting in de queue and it looks very unprofessional and I told him very polite if he could take the orders because the queue was very big and he said what do you wanna me to do ? And free this treat me with disrespect just threw the whole Frappuccino cup all dirty and he was aggressive how the company gonna keep a staff that is aggressive ? This is serious and bad to the brand of...

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I have been there 3 times in the last week I always had my usual frapuccino or the new white chocolate drink and it was horrible every single time. I had that same two drinks in every other Starbucks in the city and also London, Budapest… and in the Starbucks CHQ it just tased horrible and nothing like it should - every single time. On top of that the staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and have no hospitality sense. My recommendation is to stear clear and rather walk extra 3min to Connolly...
