Walked by this place a few times curiously and fancied something semi healthy so went in and ordered the power lunch which is described as egg fried organic brown rice, carrots, tamari soy marinated chicken, garden peas. It was extremely busy and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes I ended up waiting just under 25 which was a but if a pain because by the time I get back to work I'd only have about 15 minutes to eat it. But that's just a thing you have to accept when the food is this good, it's a failing if it's own popularity which isn't necessarily a bad thing just for hungry grubs like myself with a bit of a time crisis. I really enjoyed the the fried rice it was really flaky and Al dente perfectly cooked! They weren't shy with the chicken a piece with every bite! My only critism would be it was a bit heavy handed on the soy, alternatively they could add something sweet and crisp for texture. Overall I would recommend trying this place out if your close by and on lunch, just bare in mind it...
Read moreUnfortunately, my experience at Seven Wonders Bagel fell short of expectations. The bagels themselves were quite bland, lacking the robust flavor and proper texture you’d hope for from a dedicated bagel shop. They seemed to be missing that distinctive chew and taste that makes a great bagel memorable. The bagels tasted more like regular bread rolls than authentic bagels, with little character or seasoning. Even with cream cheese and toppings, the bland base made it difficult to enjoy the overall experience. For a place with “bagel” in the name, I expected much more in terms of quality and flavor. While the service was adequate and the location convenient, the core product - the bagels themselves - really needs improvement. I’d be willing to give them another try in the future if they work on their recipe, but for now, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a satisfying bagel experience. Would I return? Probably not until I hear they’ve made significant improvements to their bagel...
Read moreHaving spent a few hours in the nearby EPIC Museum it was nice time for a drink and a bite to eat. We thought that we would try this place out as it was close at hand. Here, you give your order at the counter and the drinks and food are brought over to you.
I ordered the Thai Red Curry which was prepared in an unusual way but quite tasty as well as filling. My son had the extra grilled chicken and we washed this down with both a large mango kick and large "wake up". All good if rather pricey. We paid just under 30€ in total. We sat outside in the covered atrium which ensured that we were protected from any inclement weather.
It being close to 17:00 by the time we had finished the place had closed up and the door were locked. No problems. For washrooms we used the very clean and modern ones in the...
