Love coming here with friends of all ages. Might not of experienced it the best last week with my godmother of 81, when asked to move from a table we chose to sit at (last weekend)on a quiet sunday brunch time, understandably I got the point of the server that it gets busy here, but asking an old lady to move probably wasn't necessary when there was lots of other seating for larger parties in the balcony area. And then to see he spoke to other servers and watching the servers whispering about my decision to stay at our seats, & accepting we may be joined by strangers if they needed to seat people if it got very busy, I got the point. It is a busy venue. I am glad the two servers stopped chatting about it once they caught me staring at themj. I am grateful it didn't turn me off the Pepperpot experience. Sometimes as clients and customers we do understand how busy a business is and hogging up space was definetly not my intention. But considering I wanted my god mother to feel safe and comfortable and not to be knocked into by walking passengers on a two seater I guess I would say, just having a small sense of good judgement would be key to individual situations. I love this place as everything is made with loving intention and the integrity of the food and how it's presented and served is a huge selling point. And coming back again today was amazing. Lovely food and hot teas and a smiling staff who asked how you are was especially lovely today. I will be back again, and would recommend bringing friends and family from here and abroad to The Pepperpot. The charm, the decorative delph, the traditional pots of tea, the warmth and the vibe is magnetic and it totally sets you up for the day. Oh I would highly recommend the Victoria Sponge cake. Nothing better with a hot cuppa. You can come solo or with company... this place is worth the wait...

Looked for a child friendly breakfast restaurant. This came up . Someone described it as the “best breakfast in town “. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Confused staff, incorrect instructions , my son fell off his seat and got hurt … not one staff member came to see if all was ok . Paid first and had to tip as option on debit card machine screen demanded so. To that point all had been self service . Qued to pay and tip before we got a table or food or … SERVICE !! Table , in a very small , cold , drafty stairwell , with a limited menu . Service … the person delivered our order to the people sitting at the drafty table next to us but who arrived well after we arrived . They alerted the staff . Food was …. Terrible . Burnt bacon sandwich . Burnt and cold sausage sandwich with relish from the summer of 1987( when it was popular ) . Overall the only positive was the scrambled eggs and the bread . I took two things away from the experience. Sponsored search results are best avoided . Never tip before you have had service and tasted the food . Ultimately I have to blame myself for not researching better . It’s a big fat 0 for the experience. 2 for the bread and eggs . Both are not hard to do . Expensive plate of scrambled eggs...

This was my first time visiting Dubin (Ireland as a whole) and I was enamored by the view from Pepper Cot, on the top floor overlooking a lovely view of the Townhouse Centre, complete with busy workers below and some greenery displayed lovely beneath the skylight. Workers buzzed below, the place was rather lively for a Monday midmorning, I thought. The cashier who seated us was friendly but seemed distracted at the time. It's a walk up cafe where you order your food and they bring to your table. Our table was located around the corner, very interesting setup and efficient. My boyfriend and I both had a chorizo with fig jam sandwich - the bread was to die for and while the rest of the ingredients were decent, something didn't quite work with the combination. It was okay but not great. We also had a scone that was good. I would say the atmosphere was the best part about the place, and the reason for the 4 stars. Service is a 3 based on what little service we had - we only got the one interaction from the cashier and when our food was dropped to us, there wasn't any table service so I can't rate highly. Overall, I would recommend this as a spot to visit. Next time I visit Dublin I will check out other spots in the...
