Worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

Was instructed to wait outside in the cold for 15 mins for a table, but despite coming in twice, staying within eyesight and speaking to both waiters about waiting for a table, they forgot about us. It’s possible the female waitress is developmentally delayed or perma stoned, i won’t lie. The lights are on but clearly nobody’s home. Ordered tea to keep me warm while waiting outside and she was unnecessarily stern with me about paying for my tea immediately.

We saw people coming in off the street and getting seated so we came in for a third time after waiting 20+ mins, they had forgotten about us, and they told us that they wouldn’t have a table for 3 for a very long time, sorry we don’t recommend waiting anymore. Pardon me?! Zero apology for forgetting we were outside in the cold, either. Plus when I sat down outside the chair was so rusty it broke and I hit the ground. What...

While the food was tasty, it was ridiculously expensive for what you got. I eat out a lot and found that it was way more expensive than Dublin and the portions were smaller.

One of the items ordered was a vegan Ruben. Anywhere else we have ordered this it is full of slices of tofu, seitan (or whatever they are using) this one had 4 miserable slices of tofu and we were told that was what went into it when we mentioned it. The server did get more to be fair but appeared surprised we would question it. If this had been around €10 I wouldn’t have said anything but at almost €15 it was really a joke. The other item we got was the Mexican bowl and while again it was tasty, it was not worth the €17 we paid for it.

I understand that restaurants are being squeezed with VAT and rising costs etc but if you’re going to charge those prices the food had better be worth it and, in this case, it...

The cinnamon bun was good but needs to be microwaved/heated or else too hard to eat - The carrot cake was pretty bad unfortunately, super dry and stale. Both weren’t fresh when I went anyway. It’s a convenient location for a vegan grab so I’d go again to try other things. UPDATE šŸ”“ I was given a voucher for €10 to try this cafe again - I tried the vegan brownie and it was SO GOOD 5/5 it was soft and fresh and rich with good presentation. It was €4 which was reasonable for the size! I also tried the savory swirl, it was okayyy, kinda stale to be honest, I think swirly treats are not of their expertise and they should experiment with different desserts. Overall, I really appreciate the costumer care, staff were very friendly both on Google maps...

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch today in the company of other travelers in this exciting city of Galway. It was a nice surprise to stumble upon a restaurant that catered to my dietary needs. The menu wasn't overwhelming and there was a nice variety of choices to choose from. I ordered the Terryland Reuben with a vegan cheese which was VERY good and afterwards enjoyed a complimentary slice of vegan cake that was absolutely lovely. The portions were perfect! I actually left with the cake in a take out container. If you're looking for a quaint and affordable restaurant to enjoy a vegan meal, this is the place!

Very cozy place, friendly staff and a huge burger plate! Even though the menu is not too big, there is an option for everyone (plus you can decide quicker) always with a different daily soup and hot pot. The burger is massive and the menu gives the non vegan ones the option to add blue cheese to some of the plates. Definitely have a brownie and a coffee afterwards! SIDE NOTE: tables are mostly for two, if you are with more people, plan in some waiting time.
