My family (3 of us) went out to grab a coffee and a sweet treat. We ordered an iced caramel latte, a mocha and a cappuccino, along with a twix brownie, cookie and a gluten free mint biscuit cake (don’t even know what to call it). The total came to around €24-25. First of all, the twix brownie and the cookie were okay. The gluten free biscuit was awful, my mum had to dig into it with a knife and it was near impossible to cut, she would have broken her teeth if she tried to eat it normally. They got my order wrong, they gave me a regular latte so I brought it to their attention and the woman seemed as though I was inconveniencing her. Around 10 minutes passed and the iced latte finally came and there was no caramel. I also did not appreciate the attitude of the woman serving us. My mum also asked for a pot of boiling water and the waitress basically threw it on the counter and walked away. We were absolutely stunned. I will not be returning as the price point clearly does not match the service.

A hidden gem in Galway! I found this café after checking reviews on Google Maps and decided to give it a try — it definitely exceeded my expectations! I actually ordered the iced matcha latte with mango syrup twice because it was so delicious: smooth, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was so cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful – you really feel welcomed here. I loved it so much that I planned to buy the matcha powder they use… but unfortunately, I forgot to pick it up before I left! If anyone from the team reads this, could you please let me know which matcha powder you use? I'd love to enjoy it at home as well.

Best coffee in Galway. My favourite coffee shop here hands down. Always reminds me of cafes from my home city - Melbourne. I've never had a bad coffee from this place. Chai latte is lovely too, and gluten free and vegan - with alternative milks available. Lots of cute cakes, muffins cookies, brownies, etc. Gluten free cakes. Vegan cakes. Staff are super friendly. The shop is small, so seating is limited, but they also have seating outside if it's full inside. Such a nice vibe and they sell other coffee and hot chocolate making products.

A warm welcome by the 2 members of staff. People do not always recognise the difficult clients that cafe workers face. While we were there, they had German guests walk in and ask for something to be heated in a microwave, who then turned away in disgust when told that the coffee shop does not have a microwave. The same customers thought it acceptable to dump their coats across other tables in this small premises. The staff handled these horrible customers with a cheery smile and continued to give them the same level of service as all others - well done to the staff. Lovely coffee, hot chocolate, cakes...
