Last Sunday, Galway treated us to sunshine and a leisurely stroll through its vibrant center. On our way home, the idea of brunch popped into our minds, and Urban Grind was the winning choice. The place was buzzing with activity but, fortunately, we were seated quickly and set about ordering our meal. It has quite nice atmosphere there. To our delight, the coffee from 3fe was exceptional, paired with two beautifully crafted brunch dishes. Each dish had its own unique flair, yet both were perfectly balanced in flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. One standout detail was the use of whole avocado 🥑 rather than a paste—a thoughtful touch that added a more authentic, fruity taste to the dish. The flavors brought back fond memories of Éan restaurant, whose closure still lingers in our hearts. For tea enthusiasts, you'll be pleased to know Urban Grind opts for loose-leaf tea, an unmistakable sign of their commitment to quality. The staff, though bustling around with the weekend rush, was consistently friendly and welcoming. It's safe to say Urban Grind has found a place in our hearts (and stomachs) for weekend brunches.

Had a lovely brunch with my future wife and the food was amazing. Presentation was top notch 5 star restaurant. Would rate it a 10/10. Staff very friendly and service was fast. The vegan franch toast was unique with a hint of lime and coconut. Also had the westend brekkie which was very nice as well. Good balance of healthy and delicious. Restaurant environment was beautiful. Would recommend for anyone who likes brunch and good coffee.

Popped in for a coffee and breakfast. The coffee was great and the food lived up to that level too. The staff let me change a menu item to suit diet needs without any hassle and even suggested sone options for me. Staff checked on us a couple of times. Parking can be found just around the corner - pop in for a healthier option. Really great experience

My mom and I visited Urban Grind at 1:45 PM, absolutely starving and looking forward to a nice meal. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but pleasant.

Upon arrival, we were seated by someone who appeared to be the manager. She threw the menus down on the table without even glancing at us or saying a word. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We were so shocked by the lack of basic courtesy that we decided to leave immediately without ordering anything.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and we were deeply disappointed by the experience. Based on this interaction, we won't be returning to Urban Grind, and we wouldn't recommend it to others either. Customer service is key in the restaurant business, and this place...
