Vocho — Restaurant in Galway

We decided to order online and collect to save being in store queuing etc.. Borh my girls wanted nachos but it said not available which is acceptable until I went inside to collect our order to see loads of nachos in the glass display... It was too late as they had to pick something different So it was confusing when I went inside to collect.... There was not an area for collection... I still had to queue up as if i was about to pick my food.... You're given a pick up time so I assumed I would just collect my food when I finally got through the queue but no !! He pointed to the side where there was a burrito ready so he then proceeded to serve two other walk in customers.... It was now twenty minutes after my collection time... So i went back up and he them asked a girl to make up the so called final part... The potatoes with salse guacamole etc.... (which was tasty) So i left arrived in the car all ready to eat.... There was only three meals !! My youngest daughter burito was missing! So frustrating.. We had to drive back through traffic and park and walk and re queue... They said they were busy as an excuse but unfortunately due to the serious delay in the first instance and having to return for a missing meal.... It wasn't an adequate apology sadly... We ordered online to save time but forty min later than on my order number we finally had all our food !! Of course these things happen but I would suggest a better system of service... More organised However the food tasted good overall...

UPDATE Chanced Vocho again after almost a year. Delighted to see them return to form again. Burrito for myself was saaavage and the kids tacos were absolutely demolished. All the food was bursting with flavour , lovely balanced heat throughout and the occasional burst of fragrant corriander. No problems at all in recommending again :) UPDATE I don't know if there's been a change of ownership or management, but it's a farcical at this stage, from ridiculous delivery times , to staff seemingly clueless to the app being down and unable to recieve orders, to being out of stock of almost everything except burritos and soft drinks. It's a shame and sad to see as this was a top tier restaurant in town for quite a while and I loved to support local. Unfortunately, they themselves have made , certainly the online side of things almost completely unworkable. I hope that in time I'll be updating this to a once again positive review. Until then.....avoid. :(

I've been ordering off these guys for ages now. And the food and delivery is flawless . There's isn't a Mexican joint like it in town, and it's locally owned too. Once , last night, I had an issue with an order, albeit a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Quick call to the restaurant and it was solved instantly, with zero hassle . Top tier food, top tier customer service. Sort out the ranch situation though lads ......ye could bottle it...

Avoid Avoid!!!!! Myself, husband and child went today at around 4pm this evening. Driving especially from oughterard as our treat night! Eaten here before and we had loved it. Not ANYMORE!!!!For take aways! I had ordered 2 burittos and asked the lady for half pork half beef, which she scooped half pork half beef, moved on to another person. To add extras. Added one extra to one burrito.

As she wrapped it to pay time asked please they different people eating. She said we have no labels or any type of identity distinguished which is what. She replied I will squish side of tinfoil. Okay sooo... As she said they have no labels, markers. Al looked the same! OK things happen. As I pay!!

Found the bill high asked for a cash receipt, sow I got charged extra. €6 for extra meat. Questioned it to be told.. It's for the extra meat. But when I asked the lady for half pork half beef! She only put half pork half beef. I had to pay full price for extra meat, which I didn't receive. Beware!! Customers, ontop if it more rice than favour.! No customer service! Food not great at all!!!!! Think Maybe staff needs more training! Won't be back! Won't recommend! Avoid!!!!! Such a...
