DOH. Proper Pizza- CITY — Restaurant in Limerick

Recently ordered a pizza from Doh for my partner who happened to be in the maternity here in Limerick. I rang before collection to check a few things as I was going straight to the hospital and they couldn't be more helpful. On arrival I was handed a dessert pizza on the house (to help things along 😅) aswell as another 4 Pizzas F.O.C to give to the staff of the hospital. They were delighted to receive them when I got there.. I just wanted to say a massive thanks for your kind words and actions on that night last week. As an expecting first time DAD it was hard to have to stay outside of the hospital (understandable though) However I brought a few props and we had a little date night together in the carpark... Dear doh, firstly i would like to talk about the time me and my friend tried to go and dine at your establishment but we were not let in due to her holding a non branded slushie. We did not appreciate that due to our excitement to be going. The attitude that your employee displayed was astounding and i felt very unwelcomed, that is my first problem. Secondly, we ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread. All three came with the cheese on the box not on the pizza and the pizzas looked a mess and very unappetising. That was horrendous service and i am appalled. Thirdly, i also order online just a simple tenders, chips and TWO sauces. Once i got home i came to see NEITHER sauces had been put in the bag, which resulted in me not having any of the sauce i payed for. Don’t use online ordering is like Russian roulette don’t know what is going to happen, I did 3 times and always was some sort of issue but the 3rd time was the last time I used. I ordered food for collection in city center but website decided to do me a joke and changed the order for collection on Castletroy as we came back home food was completely cold and the worst thing in that whole situation is I spoke with a boss of this place in city centre restaurant but I didn’t know that and I met him in Castletroy again and he don’t even called to the other place to keep the food for 30 in warmer place than counter until is collected. Very disappointed of this place. P.S Can of sweetcorn in the shop cost 1.50€ you charge 2€ for counted 21 corns
