Walked in for a table tonight with no reservation and was told they have no availability without a reservation after they asked how many in our party. Ok- no big deal. So, we try to make a reservation online and it says there’s availability within an hour. We don’t have an irish phone number so the website wouldn’t let us make a reservation. We go in and a nice employee starts making us a reservation and says we can get in within the hour. He couldn’t figure something out on the computer, so he calls over the same person we spoke initially (who i presume is the manager) and he then tells us we can’t make a reservation either for the entire rest of the night. The guy behind him looks a bit confused, but we take our loss and leave. We ended up walking back by there a few times and saw several tables open. We ended up going to Vincenzo’s around the block. Maybe not a very tourist...

Highly recommend. We organised a night out for our group, Sunrise Social Limerick here, we were their first adult pizza making party. There were 19 of us in total. We were hosted to such a high standard on the night by all staff. The communication from start to finish by management was great and nothing was an issue e.g. Gluten free/dairy free needs. The doughballs and sauces were great (not normally a fan generally), pizza toppings were plentiful and the pizzas themselves were amazing. Overall it was so much fun - I really encourage more groups/parties to consider this activity in this venue. Only recommendation would be to book earlier than 7pm with such a large group as you end up eating quite late - that is just a personal thing and to keep people (me) from getting hangry! It was some craic- we...

Milano is really excellent! I visited the restaurant with my colleague in June, 2023 during my business trip. I ordered a pizza with gluten free dough and it was really nice. I am Japanese and there is only a few restaurant that has glutein free pizza in Japan. I want to avoid gluten but it is difficult actually. In this restaurant, many pizza can be changed to gluten free dough and it was soft and crispy. Also, the smell of the pizza was so good. I was impressed. In addition, location of the restaurant is great. It is by the river and good atmosphere. Of course, servers were friendly. We could have a good time at the restaurant. I'd love to go this restaurant again if I have an opportunity to go to...

After traveling all day, we decided that Italian food was a good choice and stumbled across this beautiful restaurant. Sitting at a table with a view of the sunset and riverfront was a bonus. Having the Bruschetta with pesto was delicious, the Padana pizza which included goat cheese and the crust was a very thin which made it not as filling was the absolute best. Sharing a bottle of Merlot and topping the night off with a brownie and gelato was the best. Who knew we would come all the way to Ireland from the states to have one of our best Italian meals. This restaurant with the selection of wines and calm atmosphere, attentive service was perfect for the hungry and weary traveler.

Had the best experience with customer service here last night. I mistakenly ordered from Milano Dooradoyle on Just-eat.ie. I then proceeded to turn up at their Harvey's Quay restaurant. The manager immediately offered to make me the same pizzas (for no additional charge; I had already paid online). Both her (I wish I'd gotten a name...) and the chefs went above and beyond to accommodate me, especially considering that this was the end of their shift and they were tidying up. This is what customer service is always about. I would 100% go back and give this place my business 🤌🍕✨️
