Supermac's & Papa John's O'Connell St Limerick — Restaurant in Limerick

Very disappointed in service, phoned ahead only to be told that they don't take orders and I must have made a mistake. Would not recommend to any of my friends. Disappointingly it goes on from here. My friends order a meal and wait 40 minutes to sit down. At the point of sitting down (4am) we are told we have it leave, the bouncer (dark hair, facial hair and about 5,10") then goes face to face with my friend because he was holding a plastic fork while explaining that he was waiting for his food for that length of time(while seated at our table) . I'm so disappointed to say that when I stood up(still at out table) and explained the situation to the bouncer he then began telling me that if I don't sit down he would "forcibly remove" me. At this point I thought it pertinent to record this bouncer, he then tells me he's phoning the gardai. We hand our food back and demand a refund, then leave. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Will be lodging a formal complaint.

Update: 19/10/18, for anyone reading this, I have not gotten any response from this incident. Beyond "Could you confirm your order, the time and date so we can look into the matter further". I replied with all requested details, and have gotten no...

My experience with supermacs where to begin I purchased what was supposed to be a 5oz burger in o connell street Limerick City I went to eat my lovely 5oz burger only to discover my 5oz burger was in actual fact two strips of meat in a bun I'm furious over this and I want to make an offical complaint over it and I have pictures to prove it and I also have a witness with a neighbour of mine as I gave the strips of meat in to her dog and he even turned his nose up at it €10.45 for a meal with two strips of meat disguised as a burger furious is an understatement I'll never purchase food in supermacs again and ill never recommend to no one and they blocked my email address over looking to lodge an official complaint about this matter its a joke never again will I go there and 100% won't recommend quiet the opposite in fact cause im gonna...

The staff! My god it was annoying to watch! Around 9pm on a Saturday the guy at the till just kept taking order after order without any orders going out which resulted in long wait times and a gathering of people waiting for food, to top it off he then poured out all the drinks for everyone waiting and left this collection of drinks on top of the receipts all going flat. The manager started helping but was going from the front service area to the back kitchen without washing his hands!
