Wok To Go — Restaurant in Limerick

Love the spice box its my favourite but just wish they would keep ice bowl refilled. V frustrating having to wait for ice and dont understand why u cant get ur drink first if ure thirsty. But food well cooked clean kitchen because you can see them cooking it. Just have to watch ur own safety because theres always kids there causing trouble and some of them can be quite intimidating.

I showed my covid cert ye didn't believe it was real and it is then I still had to show photo Id then I was made stand aside when my order should've been taken. Staff should be trained in scanning this it was very embarrassing queue behind me imagine what they thought but I notice big crowd came in then there covid cert didn't seem to be a problem and they weren't asked for any photo Id. I complied. Another thing people's names and numbers should not be on the table in front of the counter. But since then they have redeemed themselves I showed them my cert this time no problems.

16 minutes ago New I came to visit limerick for two days and was a bit peckish so dropped by to wok to go. Took a large spice bag to go but started eating it at the restaurant. Then I noticed you get the large spice bag and a drink for 9.7 or something. So I sent my husband to get the drink. We paid €12 for the spice bag and the curry sauce. This Asian woman at the counter initially gave him the drink and then literally took it back saying she can’t give it as we wanted takeaway and it’s only for people who’d eat at the restaurant. 😂 I found this really weird. It’s such a simple thing like why would you do behave like that with a customer over a drink. I was excited to find a place that serve decent Asian food but if you treat customers like then maybe people...

Service was awful a customer had to move tables for us and our table was filthy. The restaurant had closed a section off for cleaning which should be left at the end of shift we were here at 6pm. Also sweeping the floor while we were eating caused a lot of sneezing and a slippery floor after mopping. The smell off the mop stinks.The standard is deplorable the child seat was dirty and I had to wipe it down. The place closes at 9.30.
