Where do I start we arrived to 19/04/2025 @ around 2pm for a birthday lunch I was treating my niece and myself and my partner. It started off ok we were seated in the bus area which was really cool and stylish.

People who came in after us were given water to there tables and their orders taken first. This is ok we are all human and get over small little things. The waitress came and took or order not a smile to be seen again took no notice of this she may have been having a bad day.

So we had still not received water to the table and said maybe we need to ask for it so we did to get a reply from a different waitress its coming rudely and to be fair it was coming but we were here awhile by this time. again look it was starting to get a little busy.

I my food which was really nice I can't give out about the food it was really taste. Then my partner received his food. We were eating and I had noticed my niece had not received her food and an another group came in after we had started eating and was being served so I called the waitress and I explained to her she hadn't received her food this was a good 30 minutes after we received our food.

This is were the drama from all the staff started. the first server that had taken our order came and said oh it was the thing she order naming it but my niece said everyone is finished at the table so I will not need the order thank you and the waitress replied no problem and walked away. We were very disappointed at this stage and a waiter was looking out the window in this time staring and smirking which I found a bit rude no apology either.

10 minutes passed and the waiter came with the dish she had order when we first arrived I am going to say this is about 50 minutes or more later even. My niece replied sorry cancelled with the last waitress when she last came back to the table and the attitude we received oh my god another leave. The reply was "well that is fine then" with a fine turn and stormed off dear god please review your cctv. I said I can't stay here any longer most uncomfortable I have experienced. I do agree there should be a basic customer service course trained to some people or just don't work with people it is not for everyone.

So we proceeded to the till to pay to same waiter with the attitude and we barely got there and goes €47 and the drama with the machine into our faces. I couldn't hold myself anymore I just said can you please no have such an attitude towards us and the reply I got was "well she should have said she didn't want the meal" I was in shock at this point. My reply was "she did say she no longer wanted the meal because we had already finished ours and she was waiting along time and was forgotten about and the reply i got was eyes up to the ceiling. The waitress was there I just said "there she is just ask her" and the waiters reply was " YA I WILL ASK HER".

I am in shock wrecked my day out to celebrate my nieces birthday.

I hope no one else experiences this kind of attitude.

The biggest waste of my money. Again food was super amazing well done to the chefs...

Up until recently, I had only enjoyed this restaurant through Delivery Orders. My partner and I get a regular craving for their amazing Viko fries. Deliciously juicy BBQ beef short ribs, served on perfectly cooked fries. Great portion, and great price. On our last trip to the city centre, we decided to pay a visit to the restaurant in person for sit down dinner. We were not disappointed. First of all, I love the quirky look of the bus seating parked outside the front of the restaurant. The minute we arrived, we immediately received a warm welcome from the waiter, who then showed us to our seats. The restaurant is extremely clean, was a perfect temperature, and music was right volume. Im very particular about these 3 features when I eat out. Our waiter took our drinks order, and from then on I never had to catch his eye again as he was extremely attentive and friendly with his service throughout. We had only come in for a main course, but upon our waiters recommendation we decided to try the Half & Half Corn Dog. We absolutely loved the uniquely unusual mix of flavours. I didnt expect to like it, but will definitely be having this again. As a main, my partner stuck to the reliable Viko fries, but I decided to have the Beef Kimchi Udon Noodles. And Im very glad I did. The beef is tender and flavorsome, the vegetables were fresh and just el dente enough. And the sauce was the perfect level of spicy without being overwhelmingly spicy. The food and friendly service combined made Viko Viko a definite for our...

We were aimlessly walking around Limerick, most things were closed and my wife spotted this cute spot and my daughter mentioned she was hungry. We're visiting Ireland and looking for local food but we were so happy to have found this place, especially after our lunch earlier in the day that was terrible. The food was great, and it's always a pleasure when the kids are eating on their own without any reminders and the adults can enjoy a nice drink with the addition of Soju. Sadly we weren't that hungry so we didn't have the opportunity to try everything we wanted but the corn dog was amazing and the kimchi pancakes were phenomenal. In case you were wondering Viko stands for Vietnam Korea. The bus outside was pretty cool and my children enjoyed it. There were some local rambunctious and lawless children who walked in off the street and were causing problems with no adult supervision in sight but this was not the fault of...

I knew when we walked in with Ed Sheeran music playing in the background we should have left. Having been in Ireland for 2 weeks we wanted a break from bland food and this was not it. What Thai restaurant doesn’t ask you what spice level you want; this one. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and never checked in to see how our food was. The Chicken Kastu curry chicken with vegetables spicy curry sauce was typical Irish gravy without spice, the rice was mushy and the vegetables were frozen carrots and peas and the chicken was breaded and greasy. The chicken pho broth tasted like broth from a box or can. The only thing that saved the pho was the chili paste and soy condiments at our table. There has to be better Thai food in this town somewhere.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming to Viko Viko for months now, and we have never left with an empty stomach! Their udon noodles are so warming and aromatic, the flaming cheese udon noodle is spicy and full of flavour while the creamy miso udon is salty and delicious! Their corn dogs are lovely and fresh, their fries are crispy and theres many options for toppings. The outside sitting (the bus) has always been a fun and lovely option for kids or even for photos as the lighting is great. The staff have always been lovely and welcoming, and with so many options, I would recommend Viko Viko very highly!

One of the few times that I couldn't finish my plate. In fact, we left our plates with 60-70% of the food left, even though we were very hungry. Most of it was of the fries (the kimchi on it was also bad). We were guided by good reviews on Google Maps, but this was a failure. When we told the waitress that we were not happy with the good, she just told us that we should not worry... Well, we left hungry and not satisfied. We do appreciate the water that they gave to our dog.
