Had breakfast in the newly-opened Pantry on their first morning of trading, the buttermilk pancakes were absolutely beautiful. Returned for lunch today and tried the chicken tenders with chips and salad, which were also so tasty. The Badger and Dodo coffee is gorgeous, can't believe I've never tried it before. Service was great, all staff seemed very competent and were very pleasant to deal with. The atmosphere in the Pantry is very relaxed, and it's very easy to have a chat there. The place is spotless, and there is plenty of space between tables making it feel very safe. All PPE was in place, staff wore masks or visors when providing table service, and plexiglass screens protect the staff and customers at the counter and till. The decor is fabulous and it's so well-designed. It's just brilliant to see new businesses opening in Wexford during such a difficult time and it's great to be able to support local. Will definitely be a regular customer...

Things that could be improved:
Cutlery is sitting in a box it's self service and the cutlery didn't seem the cleanest which was very disappointing, doesn't look appealing at all. Please make an effort to bring the cutlery to the table for the customer it isn't much to ask.
The chairs were also dirty with food on them. I would recommend that the chairs are cleaned down at least once a day, vacuumed or steam cleaned, nobody wants to be sitting on the last customers leftovers.
Accommodate customer requests. If someone asks for a wrap with specific fillings you have on the menu it wouldn't take much for that customer to be accommodated.
Overall very good food if these things could be improved this would make a...

There was group of 8 of us sat at two tables and two of us asked for tea. They brought only one tea pot with two teabags in and as we sat across 2 tables asked for another pot of tea. They brought second pot to table I was sitting and asked to take one teabag out of that pot to put it into another, by which time tea has "brewed" and tea in other teapot was just like brownish water. My friends father went to the counter and asked if he can have another tea bag in, which was nearly thrown over the counter. If that was an issue, they could say buy another tea, which we would done without hesitation. We were all stunned by this incident and never experienced anything so inhospitable. This is my first trip to Ireland and not best of "experience" of Irish friendliness and hospitality. Must be...
