Don’t dare step foot in this place. We placed an order on the apache app with an hour and a half of waiting I decided to call the restaurant and ask where our food is that it has taken a long time. I was rudely greeted by a man on the phone and was told that he did not check the system for my order that it was not his fault when he was able to repeat my order to me on the phone 5 minutes later ?? Explain that ! it clearly is his job to check their system to see if any orders come in. He then also said well in future don’t order online just ring us. I said I have always ordered my food on the Apache app with no problems whatsoever. He then rudely hung up the phone on me. I called back a second time and was greeted on the phone by one of his colleagues I told him I was rudely hung up on and he asked me what my problem was. I explained to him again the situation about my order and he kept saying that it was not their fault when it clearly was. It’s there job to check the system for orders for God’s sake. We give this place quite a lot of business not to mention the €70 we spent yesterday for a family occasion. I told the man on the phone that you have lost very valuable customers and wait for it here was his response. “We don’t need your business we have plenty other customers anyways” and he hung up !!

Safe to say I will never ever order from this place again and I would strongly advise that if you’re thinking of ordering here you most definitely should...

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. We’ve ordered from here so many times and this time it was a HORRIBLE experience. My brother and his friends waited well over an hour for delivery and when the pizza arrived it was WAY UNDERCOOKED, as if the entire pizza was dipped in grease and just thrown into a box. The cheese was falling off the slices as we were peeling it off, and whatever cheese was left tasted salty and greasy (cheese pizza should taste like CHEESE, NOT SALT). It was as if only the top layer of cheese was accounted for, and the under pieces were ignored. Also, my brother’s friends paid with cash €20 at the front door.The delivery driver took the €20 and NEVER GAVE CHANGE 🙄 (the pizza was only €18.24). I am very disappointed in apache kilkenny as I placed a delivery order over JUST EAT… and I rang apache asking if I could add a box of chocolate chip cookies and the man I spoke to first hung up on me so I rang again and he sighed down the phone told me my order didn’t exist and hung up again. I will not be ordering from apache again and will be reporting this to the head quarters.
