Eddie Rocket's — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Kilkenny City

After having waited for 15 minutes for our order to be take. We waited 45 minutes for our meal to arrive. Just before our food arrived, it was explained to us that the burgers are made and cooked to order. This was told to the table next to us when they placed the order. When the food arrived, the wings, fries and onion rings were cold. The manager removed these items (not the fries, no apology!). When the rings and wings eventually arrived (10 minutes), the wings had been reheated with the sauce on. Unpleasant and not as they should be. We did receive a portion of fries. At the register we were asked was everything okay and we explained what had happened. No apology, no refund no manager called. Not her fault and we are sorry that she was at the receiving end. I work in the industry and was appaled. I understand places get busy, communicate with your customers, when asking was everything satisfactory, expected all outcomes and be prepared to resolve issues or call...

me and three friends were in eddie rockets today my friend ordered a tender basket which on the menu stated it was 8:95 and when we were paying the bill she was charged 11:10 and when said to the staff member siobhan she insisted that there was nothing she could do and that the coke was extra but it comes with the meal in a rude tone and when it was said about another friend getting the same thing but with extra dressing on the chips and was charged less siobhan rudely insisted there was nothing she could and that she should get the friend to revolut her the difference but the staff was the problem and revolut shouldn’t and the her friend shouldn’t have to pay for a mistake made by staff it had nothing to with her i am absolutely appauled by such a low standard of customer service and will not be returning to a place where staff don’t have respect for...

Quite an unpleasant experience in Carlow Eddie rockets. We’re paying for the atmosphere and American style of food, I ordered a super nova smash burger which wasn’t smashed at all and was looking very poorly..

We were seated and my partner had only sat down when a zero mannered waiter asked for our orders and dragged there feet/huffed and a cringe worthy eye roll when we asked for 5 minutes to look at the menu after we had only sat down honestly shameful I wasted a please and thank you with a smile in response to them after a long days work myself but it takes nothing to be nice!

Fortunately the second waiter was friendly and lovely giving out recommendations and had a great attitude along with the woman who took our payment.

For the price if I wanted attitude I’d have visited...
