Namo — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Kilkenny City

I have been a regular customer at Nemo's Burrito Branch, supporting the business by buying burritos, drinks, ect on a regular basis. However, I had a deeply unpleasant experience yesterday that I feel compelled to share.I went into the branch to use the toilet, as my workplace next door does not have one. Despite being a regular customer, the owner told me not to use the toilet, stating it was for customers only. I explained that I am a customer, but rather than escalate the situation, I chose to leave quietly.As I was leaving, the owner made an offensive and racist remark towards me, calling me a "b¢√π÷×∆©®×√$¥" Shocked by this unprovoked attack, I responded by calling him a clown and walked back to my workplace. To my surprise, he followed me there and continued to argue with me, further escalating the situation.This behaviour is not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful and discriminatory. I would have expected a business owner to treat their customers with respect, regardless of the circumstances. I hope that this review encourages the management to reflect on how they treat their customers and take steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.I cannot in good conscience continue to support a business that allows such conduct and would urge others to think carefully...

Extremely bad experiences with the service. I had food here the other day, and the portions were very bad. I would definitely accept that it tastes amazing, and I wouldn't have complained about the portions if that was the usual. I had reserved food on too good to go app as I liked the taste, but the experience was just worse this time. It felt like the staff looked down on us for using the app. And I could see the portions for the other customers being way bigger than what I had. And for the too good to go box, they did not give us any meat and blatantly lied saying they ran out of meat. It's an open bar, we could clearly see the meet. It felt very humiliating as a grown man for me to go...

Always find the food extremely fresh & tasty & decent portion sizes too. It's my usual takeaway go to in Kilkenny when we get one! Staff always very accommodating & friendly too.

Missing the falafel option off the menu though - the chilli beans are lovely (the only non meat option) but as pinto & black beans are already an add on you can get it , it's kind of beans overload tbh!

It'd be great to offer something different other than beans for non...
