Disappointing Experience at the Stella Maria

My recent visit to the Stella Maria was, unfortunately, marked by a series of inconveniences that completely compromised my experience. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, I encountered extremely unpleasant service that left a very negative impression.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff that seemed more interested in pressuring me to order immediately than in providing a pleasant meal. Throughout my time there, I was persistently urged to leave, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. This aggressive sales approach made my experience extremely awkward and inappropriate.

In addition to the poor service, to make matters worse, the prices charged for the dishes were disproportionate to the quality offered. The cost did not justify the unsatisfactory experience I had. It's frustrating to spend money on a meal that not only was disappointing but also expensive.

Last but not least, the service provided by the restaurant staff was simply dreadful. The lack of courtesy, the insistence on rushing me, and the complete lack of empathy all contributed to an extremely unpleasant experience. The staff seemed more concerned with "getting rid of" customers than with providing quality service.

In summary, my experience at the "Restaurant Name" was extremely disappointing. The aggressive service, subpar food quality, unjustified pricing, and terrible service rendered this visit a negative memory. I hope the establishment can review its practices and improve to offer customers more positive experiences...

Worst experience ever. Just wanted some pizza at 6pm because other places were closed. When we wanted to order one pizza to share between two people the older male waiter rolled his eyes at us and was SO ANNOYED and asked “No drinks???? Is that all??”. Like we were a burden to him. When we said we just wanted to share a pizza he sighed and walked away. Next thing we knew the female waitress came to our table and said “You MUST get one dish each. This is a restaurant ladies. You can’t share a pizza because of COVID.” Are you kidding????!!! You’re a beach bistro and we can’t share a pizza? It is 31 July 2023, there are no COVID-19 restrictions in Italy at the moment and the restaurant was not busy at all - do you not want our service?? We just wanted a damn pizza. We left and they couldn’t have cared less. The most stupid situation I’ve ever been in. 0 stars if I could and service was -100. Do not go...

If you want to finish at the hospital, go to this restaurant!! After my sister purchased them some bottles of water, she nicely asked if she could use the bathroom. Instead of replying with kindness the server replied her aggressively saying that she needs to pay 15€. My sister didn’t contest it at all and was ready to leave. The server approached her very closely ready to beat her (Note that my sister is 20, 1m58 and the server is about 50 very tall). My dad came to see what’s going on and the guy almost jumped on him to beat him as well. Fortunately someone caught him before he did. This employee 1/ Doesn’t respect tourists 2/ customers 3/ Women especially younger than him. At this age he should have a level a maturity on how to behave with people!! We called the cops to do something about the situation because this could have ended at the hospital! AVOID THIS PLACE...
