Really sad to say that this restaurant was the worst food we’ve had at a sit-down dinner anywhere, ever. It’s impressively bad.. the kind of bad that’s hard to even choke down. We couldn’t even finish half our plates because it was laughably bad. I wouldn’t even eat here for the view, which is what I had thought to myself after reading some concerning reviews. It’s easy to blow those bad reviews off and think maybe they just had a one off experience or didn’t really know.. However, I can confirm that the pasta is so hard, it takes true effort to cut or chew through. The catch of the day smelled really bad when it was set on our table, and on taste, it was super bland with a sauce that had an extremely repugnant flavor. The bread was very hard. They brought us wine that was different from what we ordered. We never ended up letting them know because they weren’t checking on us. But the wrong wine was truly the very least of our concerns. The staff weren’t unkind, but they also didn’t care to check on us, even though only 1/4 of the restaurant was full on a Saturday at sunset. All and all, a sad last dining experience after a whole trip of amazing meals. I don’t usually like to do reviews, but when it’s this bad, it makes me feel the need to warn others. I didn’t know it was possible to have this bad of a meal at a four star resort in Amalfi. We had really looked forward to this one on our honeymoon, and I hope they take this feedback and realize they need to make changes. They only had about 4 pastas and 4 main courses and 4 appetizers, so you’d hope they could at least master some of these items. But for the mean time, take this as a sign to go...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was truly one of the most disappointing and humiliating I’ve ever had. As a solo traveller, I’ve learned to accept that we’re sometimes treated differently at restaurants, but at a venue of this supposed caliber, I expected much better.

I stopped by for a drink and to enjoy the sunset. I wasn’t sure yet if I’d stay for dinner and wanted to get a feel for the atmosphere before committing to a full meal. Shortly after ordering my drink, I was asked to move to an unset table in the back row simply because I wasn’t dining, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. I’ve dined at some of the best restaurants around the world and have never been treated so poorly.

Celebrating my 30th birthday in the Amalfi Coast and having worked in hospitality for over a decade, I was genuinely shocked by how unwelcoming the staff were. For a place that prides itself on luxury and experience, the service tonight fell far below...

View is amazing! That’s really the only good thing about this place though. I hate to say that the worst pasta I’ve ever had was at this restaurant. The pasta was not fully cooked and honestly the entire dish didn’t taste appetizing at all. When we told the waiter about the undercooked pasta, we were told that’s how they’re supposed to be. I can’t think of anyone who enjoys hard pasta though?? Don’t order the shrimp carpaccio either… unless you’re feeling adventurous like we were. Neither of us enjoyed it one bit but it looked pretty for a picture. Overall, I’d never come back here or recommend it to anyone. Ever. There are plenty of other places with a great view of Amalfi but with edible food and not overpriced. Now I see why it was one of the only places available for a last minute...

We had the most incredible dinner at Terrazza 17 to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it truly felt like a Michelin-star experience. Each dish was beautifully plated and absolutely delicious, with unique flavors and a creative touch. The breathtaking sunset view over the Amalfi Coast added a magical atmosphere to the evening. We shared a bottle of fine wine, and the staff were attentive, warm, and made us feel so special. To top it all off, they surprised me with a dessert, a sparkler, and a beautiful “Happy Birthday” song—it was the perfect ending to a magical night. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was incredible and I could’ve eaten a plate of French fries and been delighted with the view and overall ambiance of the terrace overlooking the town of Amalfi at sunset. The food was good but did not quite live up to the presentation, that said, my pasta was delicious. The prices were higher than I anticipated and the portions were very small. They brought us two baskets of amazingly delicious bread which helped to fill us up. This is a must do for a romantic evening on the Amalfi coast.

Ogni portata è stata presentata in maniera impeccabile.
