Eddycola Ristorante — Restaurant in Bari

Our waiter Francesco provided my wife & me with extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful service, which made our late lunch at Eddycola one Sunday afternoon so very much enjoyable.

When we ordered the Pacherro with Prawns, Francesco let us know the prawns were served raw, and after we let him know my wife doesn't eat raw seafood, he told us he would ask the chef to cook the prawns for us, which was a nice touch, and something that doesn't often happen!

Eddycola's menu offerings are extensive, as is the wine and drinks list.

Though not inexpensive, the food, wine, and service at Eddycola delivers good value for money.

We shared a salad to start, followed by the Pacherro with Prawns, then the sesame crusted Salmon, and a nice bottle of Falanghina wine from Puglia. The bread and local olive oil were AMAZING! Including coperto, our bill was less than 80 Euros.

This was the last restaurant we visited in Bari, and also the last one of our 12-day trip through Puglia and Salento. We arrived with low expectations — Bari hadn’t really clicked with us, and we had a few disappointing meals there. But choosing this place turned out to be a great decision: both the food and the service were excellent. It was also our very first time trying pasta all’assassina — and we were honestly a bit scared of it :)))) But it was absolutely delicious!
