I never gave a review before because I never experienced something as horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. The morning before - Reservation would not be taken in person so I was handed a card to reserve on Instagram. On Instagram they told me I have to reserve on WhatsApp. Reservation was granted - we went there and some tables were put aside for us because they forgot. Service is terrible. The whole restaurant inside smelled like puke (the restaurant inside area is probably 3sqm and the toilet door was always wide open).I even asked them what the horrible smell was and they ignored me. We got a table and we were handed only one menu for 3 people. They expected us to be ready with our order in 2 minutes. We were not ready because we did not understand anything on the Italian menu. The fan was pointed at us at 50cm distance with a maximum speed - we pushed it gently aside 3 times bc everytime the waitress would point it back at us, seeing and knowing we simply would not like to be blown away. We ordered beverages. Instead of sparkling water we got still water. Anyways - after 15 minutes I asked a waiter to help me translate the menu. He said yes of course but our waitress interfered and said no it’s her table. She did not come for another 10 minutes. The toilets were disgusting. no toilet paper - one toilet for EVERYONE male/female/staff. The waitress was rude, probably a nice person but as they only have 4 waiters/waitresses for about 40 tables they were horribly stressed. Second round of drinks - ordered sparkling water again - still no water. Maybe ok for takeaway but a really bad...

MUST READ, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Me and my friend ordered a pizza (guanciale) and two lemon spritz. The pizza that we got was very “watery” and the crust did not even exist. Long story short, the pizza was not expectable. We told a waiter we are happy to pay for the drinks but not for food. They took the pizza away and talked to the boss (the waiter was very kind), but the boss told the waiter we still have to pay for pizza, even though we didn’t even touch it. They came with the solution they bring us something else, but we have to pay for both dishes (pizza, we didn’t even eat and new dish). When we asked if they can bring the pizza back, they said no. We said we won’t pay for the pizza we didn’t touch or eat, the boss insisted of paying. At the end we paid 30€ for 2 lemon spritz. We believe customer’s satisfaction should be a priority, however 10€ profit is more important to them than good experience. The food on other plates did not look appealing as well. Would...

Ci siamo sedute per un aperitivo che poi si è trasformato in pranzo poiché i piatti ci hanno molto accattivate; è stato difficile riuscire a sederci dal tavolino alto ad uno per pranzare poiché all'interno era tutto prenotato e gli unici tavoli non prenotati erano proprio quelli, ma comunque alla fine c'è l'abbiamo fatta. Abbiamo iniziato con l'aperitivo di panzerotto, molto buono con una frittura pulita ed asciutta, e polpette al pistacchio che invece sono state un po' deludenti devo dire, non si sentiva per niente il pistacchio. Il pranzo è proseguito con gli gnocchi nella bufala, orecchiette al pesto di cime di rapa, tortelli ripieni di brasciola ed una pizza bianca di cui però non ricordo esattamente il gusto. Devo dire che gli gnocchi sono stati molto buoni come anche i tortelli, un po' meno soddisfacenti le orecchiette, troppo grasse e non si sentiva quasi per niente il sapore delle rape, la pizza con un impasto alla barese che non mi è dispiaciuto e molto buono il condimento; i dolci invece non mi sono piaciuti molto, erano molto pannosi, ne abbiamo ordinati 3 (Pan di stelle, Rocher e torta cookie) e 2 avevano quasi lo stesso sapore se non fosse che in uno c'era la Nutella (e quella si sentiva), la torta invece era un po' meglio ma se devo dire la mia, niente di che erano solo dolci e molto grassosi.

Passiamo al servizio, non molto presente soprattutto all'estero dove eravamo noi, quindi quando avevamo bisogno di qualcosa o aspettavamo a lungo oppure andavamo noi all'interno, anche per l'ordine il tempo di attesa è stato parecchio seppur c'è da dire che il locale era molto pieno.

Super no per il bagno che era unico ed anche abbastanza sporco e con un cattivo odore.

Il prezzo ragionevole, anzi il ragazzo alla cassa aveva sbagliato il conto dandociene uno di circa 103 se non erro ed aveva arrotondato in difetto, quando poi gli hanno fatto notare l'errore e che il nostro era anche un po' più alto (mi pare 112) ha comunque mantenuto l'arrotondamento. Ah e...
