Da Minos — Restaurant in Benevento

We were interested to see what American food tastes like in other countries. Something we have noticed is a great love of mayonnaise (.....????) here in Italy.

Burgers were good, more bread than American burgers typically have (but also much better bread than American burgers ever have!).

Twisted potatoes (curly fries) are the best we have ever had, even in America. Not greasy at all. Potato sticks (french fries) were good.. could have used more flavor.

Chips with burgers seemed odd (chips typically go with sandwiches).

Dr. Pepper was available here, first we have seen in Italy.

Intrigued by the selection of snacks and candies.

Decor/atmosphere was fun, reminiscent of a 50s diner. We were given vinyl records as placemats.

Overall...

Good location where you can eat American food and drink american drinks. Burgers are tasty and of High quality. Bread is reality delicious and bbq sauce bettera than the American One. Staff very nice...

Una piacevole scoperta! Ho conosciuto il mino's grazie ad instagram,sono andata per curiosità e sono rimasta sorpresa. Ho provato il wurstel di maialino chiaro,era eccezionale,anche i panini dei miei amici erano accompagnati da queste patatine tipiche della casa i "patanielli" ossia delle patatine fresche tagliate in maniera sottile, anche i fritti erano eccezionali, i los pollos che ci ha consegnato la cameriera erano davvero ottimi e particolari. Essendo andati di sabato abbiamo aspettato il giusto, a parer mio, ci tornerò...
