Gross burgers where a pleasant change of taste while visiting Italy. My brother and I felt that we would be sick if we had any more pasta so finding a burger restaurant was our saving grace. Their burgers where according to my brother “legally bussin” which is his highest praise. The meat was perfectly cooked and the cheese was wonderfully melted. Love this place! Super friendly staff and really good food (fresh, quality, made-to-order burgers, fries, and salads) at excellent prices (at lunchtime you get an even better deal). I've been here multiple times and, gotta say, impressed every time...you can't find burgers this good in some places even in the U.S.! Un locale molto piccolo che si affaccia su un'amena piazzetta di Città Alta. Nonostante sia sulla via principale, resta abbastanza nascosto dai flussi turistici, il che permette di trovare facilmente posto, nonostante l'interno sia molto piccolo e stretto. Per questo stesso motivo, il personale è molto ridotto, ma decisamente ben organizzato e cordiale. Gli hamburger sono di qualità e abbondanti nelle farciture, i cui sapori sono senz'altro goderecci. Buono il Gamburger, fiore all'occhiello, ma ancora più intenso e deciso il Calabria Style, con un gusto di 'nduja, la cui piccantezza è ben mitigata dal resto dgeli ingredienti. Piccola nota dolente, la cipolla caramellata: avrebbe avuto bisogno di una cottura più lenta e prolungata, per non assumere un leggero retrogusto amaro e, soprattutto, essere più digeribile. Altra cosa, la cottura della carne: non viene chiesto il grado di cottura, però potrebbe essere un punto di forza in più, perché non tutti potrebbero gradire un hamburger al sangue, soprattutto se allo stesso tavolo vengono presentati hamburger con cotture differenti. I prezzi sono tuttavia molto onesti, considerando la zona; ciononostante il listino prezzi oscilla molto tra feriali e festivi, quindi si consiglia di chiedere conferma...
