Nice pizza al taglio shop! They have different flavors than the classics you can see everywhere. The staff was very nice and ask you the size you want before cutting. The pricing seems regular for Bologna.

Roma style pizza that is priced by weight - eat more, pay more. From what I've read this is a small chain, but it had the best pizza crust, hands down, of all the places I tried in a week. Sourdough flavor, fluffy interior, and crunchy crust. They were extremely busy for the two people staffing the place.
