The worst bar ever. And I am not talking about the quality of the food. It’s fine. They claim they have been open in 1896, but for a place which is at the bus station, there are not even basic things like sockets to charge your phone, which is available at any place ever. Sadly super unfriendly when you don't speak Italian. I tried and ordered uno tramezzini but it's called toast and she gave me a super long answer, but actually we talked about the same. Then when I ordered a focaccia she's not saying olive or pomodor - like I even dont know which one they have and she just asked which.... È tutta una vita che faccio la pendolare e d'abitudine mi sono sempre fermata volentieri in questo bar per rinfrescarmi e fare colazione o mangiare qualcosa, fino a qualche mese fa c'era un personale molto molto educato, carino, cordiale. Oggi mi sono fermata per bermi una coca cola e mi sono alzata per andare in bagno, lo stavano lavando ed educatamente siamo tornati a sedere aspettando venissero ultimate le pulizie, ho finito di bere la coca cola, ho finito una conversazione telefonica e dopo 10/13 minuti mi sono alzata per vedere se potevo usufruire del bagno, essendo in gravidanza purtroppo non riesco a mantenere troppo la pipì!! (Scusate) Vedo i tavoli che ancora bloccavano il passaggio in bagno, chiedo ad una dipendente che mi risponde scocciata di aspettare altri 5 minuti e che se avevo fretta potevo usufruire di altri bagni presenti in autostazione, ma io mi rifiuto perché ho consumato e preferisco aspettare quei 5 minuti in più, passano altri 8/9 minuti, non si vede nessuno aprire e quindi chiedo alla barista che a sua volta mi rosponde in maniera maleducata. Alla fine è arrivata una signora che urlando sgarbatamente a tutte le persone in attesa di entrare offendendo e dandoci a noi dei maleducati ( incapaci di aspettare) ha spostato i tavoli per farci passare. La cosa certa è che qui non lascerò mai più nemmeno un centesimo. Grazie per l'ospitalità Buona giornata...
