Bravo Caffè — Restaurant in Bologna

Our waiter completely forgot about us. He took our order. We asked for one more water, starter and 2main dishes — after 15min we had to ask again if he could kindly bring us the water, and when we did, he simply replied, “later” and went away, the he sent another waiter instead. After 35 minutes, we finally got our starter. Over an hour later, we asked how much longer we would have to wait for our main dishes — turns out, the waiter never placed our order at all. At that point, we asked for the bill, as after 2 hours of waiting, you just stop being hungry. They told us we didn’t have to pay for 2waters ans the starter which we got. Non penso di tornare a questo locale che mi poaceva e dopo essere mal trattata solo dalla persona in cassa, il cibo buono come sempre camerieri cordiali come sempre, mi piaceva il concetto anche del locale ma mai più, non eravamo interessati del concerto quindi in automatico abbiamo chiesto se possibile cenare la nostra cena non dure più di 1h massimo avevo ordinato il dessert lo show stava per iniziare un altra coppia è gunta a noi nell'angolo vicino la cucina per la gente che conosce il locale sa dove sta. Arriva il signore della cassa suppongo proprietario o manager e ci chiede di abbasare le voci, non stava urlando siamo due coppie isolate ci siamo svolti per dire "ma cosa sta dicendo" pare che ha preparto dei posti su un soppalco per delle persone che volevano assistere allo spettacolo pagando 20 euro! Dopo aver finito e pagato ero onesta di esprimere il mio disprezzo del suo comportamento nelle regole d'arte e nel rispetto dell'arte! In fondo la sala nell'angolo di cucina con sala piena di casse la nostra discussione di cena romantica poteva disturbare le persone che hanno pagato 20 euro per assistere. Questa persona non si è preso nemmeno l'iniziativa di scusarsi si è aggitato e mi ha urlato contro trattandomi "di ERGO" perché il mio compagno parlava inglese (atteggiamento razzista) siamo residenti a Bologna. Mi corre dietro chiude fortemente la porta del locale e continua ad argomentare ad alta voce. Brutta esperienza sottolineo che frequentavo il locale per varie occasioni, raccomandato di amici, ma una cosa del genere è inaccettabile chiedere a due coppie di Abbassare le voci in un ristorante in quelle...

What a lovely place. We were looking for live music on Sunday and came accross this cafe. They had a great band on. We didn't eat but the food coming to the tables looked good. They didn't have a cocktails menu but theyvwere happy to make us spritzers and hugos. The couvert was 20 euros if you wanted to stay close to the stage or 10 if you didn't mind sitting a bit further.
