Food - Nice vegan cakes and a selection of teas which is great.

On leaving the restaurant, I requested a personalised juice. Orange with ginger in. When I received this, I couldn't taste the ginger, so I asked for some more.

Even tho they agreed, I was made the feel like an inconvenience. They opted for powder ginger to which I requested fresh and from then on, I just got rude vibes. One lady who seemed to be the owner/manager was whispering to the server about me. It was obvious they felt inconvenienced by my request, even tho I'd offered to pay. When I challenged them about the whispering, she said she was just telling the other lady how to use the juicer, which I did not believe not did that require you to whisper!

WAITED 1h FROM ORDERING AND HAVING IT We arrived at 1:00/1:15 pm and waited about 15-20min to have a table. We were informed about this time, and agreded. However, after seated, we were informed that now we needed to wait to order because there was more people in front. We agreed again (never thought it would take more 20-30min!!). 1h later we had the dish. Both waiters were very nice and polite, even though you could clearly see they were overwhelmed with work. At the end, we ended up eating in a rush and leaving very sad about the hole situation. THE WORST part of this all is the cashier lady that wanted to charge us the not-eaten tiramisu and even “joked” that we just waited 50min for two pastas. Sarcastic and non-polity. We loved this place so much we went for dinner and then breakfast the next day. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, especially the young lady named Joy. She WAS a joy!!! So friendly, sweet and helpful. After a stressful travel day, she literally made our evening a very happy one. Being a vegetarian/vegan in Italy is hard, and this was a delightful spot to come across. The antipasti plate + drink for €6 is an awesome deal! The lasagna with soy meat was SO tasty, and we loved the veggie burger too. The next day we had açaí bowls which were tasty, and their tortes. Get the carrot & coconut torte!
