The panoramic vistas added an extra layer of magic to an already memorable evening, making our visit to Restaurant 37 truly unforgettable.
To start our culinary journey, we indulged in a tantalizing array of appetizers that showcased the chef's skillful craftsmanship and the region's freshest ingredients. The local veal carpaccio offered a melt-in-your-mouth experience, while the special menu featured an exquisite asparagus risotto that captured the essence of springtime. To round off our appetizer selection, we delighted in seared scampi, expertly prepared to perfection.

The Creamy Carnaroli risotto with wild garlic transported us to the verdant hillsides of South Tyrol, while the marinated trout from Val Passiria showcased the region's bounty in every bite. The Beetroot and potato dumplings with aged ricotta offered a harmonious blend of earthy sweetness and savory richness, while the Argentine grass-fed beef fillet elevated our culinary journey to new heights.
To conclude our meal on a sweet note, we indulged in a selection of exquisite desserts that delighted the senses and left us craving for more. The Elderflower|strawberry pistachio creation was a masterpiece of flavors and textures, while the Flower Pot dessert captivated us with its visual and gustatory appeal. Finally, their version of an affogato provided the perfect ending to our dining experience, marrying creamy vanilla gelato with decadent coffee cream foam.

Read moreThis restaurant is truly a hidden gem. After traveling a lot, I’ve learned that reviews can sometimes be misleading, you never really know how good the food is until that first bite. Thankfully, this place exceeded expectations.
The staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt romantic and inviting. We sat outdoors, which was lovely, though be aware that, like most outdoor European dining settings, bees may occasionally hover around. (My husband isn’t a fan of them, so just a heads-up!)
The menu is on the smaller side, but it’s thoughtfully curated and offers options even for picky eaters like me. I ordered the salmon with edamame purée and cooked peaches, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors balanced beautifully, and the dish felt both unique and satisfying. The salmon is served medium-well by default, so if you prefer it more or less cooked, be sure to mention it. My husband was very happy with his meal too.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend stopping by...
Read moreSüdtirolean-style dining in the heart of Bolzano that can't be beat. Outstanding personal wait service, Sylvia, and recommendations of the daily specials, not to mention a gourmet menu von Feinsten. I had what I called "the Tyrolean Surf & Turf": the beef tatar appetizer, 120g. , and then the Forellen Hauptspeise. It was nothing short of excellence. Paired with a local Franciacorta, a class higher than pro secco, and your have a meal that you will never forget. If you are on a budget, plan your savings for something else, as great dining and drinking comes at a price, as well as culinary quality, but at Restaurant 37, it was well worth it.
